Pros:

Convent in town plenty of parking .

Cons:

We had issues with I guess a toilet issue next to us an smelled crap all weekend . We complained an heard crickets other then the maid said they were getting it cleaned up . Spa didn’t work at all . One lady was snarky an rude in my opinion . Alittle dated in some areas .

Disappointing.
Pros:

It was clean and the staff was nice

Cons:

Was told we could order breakfast by the front desk, but then the "restaurant" woman said we had to do the buffet. There was trash every where around the "lake". Ants in the room. The pool was murky.

Disappointed with cleaning staff and their lack of replenishing supplies in the room

The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious

Cons:

The garbage was not emptied during our 5 day stay. We only received towels once and the toilet paper had only a half roll when we got there I had to go down to the front desk numerous times to get dry towels toilet paper and additional garbage bags I would think that during a 5 day stay the room would be serviced. Also realized on our last day that the microwave didn’t wirk

Highly recommend and will definitely visit again
Pros:

Loved the communication and the energy of the staff that works there. Everyone was in good spirits and the property was just nice along with the view and area.

You should definitely be more forward about the outrageous cost of your breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Hot tub wasn’t very hot. One of the housekeepers gave us some weird looks as we walked past them. Pillows weren’t very comfortable.

The over all stay was excellent though the food wasn't that good
Pros:

They should have a buffet and the staff was slow and unorganized. We were one of the first down that morning and she forgot about us then blamed the cook for her mistake. Poor service
