Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Cons:

The chairs in the breakfast area were worn out and torn and the tables and floor needed to be cleaned. The toilet seat in our room was loose, the ceiling above the HVAC was water stained and needed painting and the handle on the shower door needed to be fixed.

Do not stay here!
Pros:

Save your money. The place is a dump. We were on the 3rd floor. The rugs in the room desperately needed to be cleaned. The bathroom floor had a crack in it. The paint was peeling off the bathroom door and the vanity in the bathroom was so scrapped and marred it was a disgrace. The dresser was also a mess, scratched down to the wood. We paid over $140 so you would expect a decent room. We will not return.

Nice, clean and comfy but breakfast sucked.
Pros:

It was clean and nice.

Cons:

The parking is horrible. We arrived at 9 pm and no parking. We had to park across the other lot next door. And the Breakfast was horrible. Soupy eggs, no meat, and potatoes, waffles and muffins. All carbs..... you need some meat to add.

Average Stay / Very tired property
Pros:

Hotel needs a lot of renovations. Obvious signs of water leaks and crumbling drywall. Carpet in the room was dirty and sticky. The bed is rock hard and low shower water pressure. Otherwise the hotel is in a great spot and will be awesome once they renovate it.

Pet friendly hotel that is both clean and comfortable!
Pros:

I really liked how convenient it was off the interstate. I also like that they are pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee. I looked at a hotel with a rival chain that charged more than double for the pet fee. The pet fee was actually more than the cost of the room at their competitor! My room was clean and the staff was really friendly. I slept like a rock!

Cons:

My only advice would be to please put better coffee in the rooms. There were only two little coffee packets of regular coffee and when I opened the package, one of them was ripped and had spilled inside the package. The last remaining one when I brewed the little pot of coffee, it basically tasted like water. Other than that, I had no real complaints.
