The front desk attendant Joni did what she could to help.

Cons:

No light in room, fridge did not work and I needed it for medicine, alternative room was offered, dried food stuck on furniture, moved back to original room and new fridge placed, no bags for trash, 1 towel to share until I request another towel, shower had hair, pool was NOT as pictured very very small and only 1 family could fit at a time, breakfast was scarce and was very bare minimum. Room key stopped working at 10a despite checkout at 12p so someone had to stay in room at all times. Was told I would not be charged for room and still have pending charge nearly 1 week late with funds being held.

Pros:

The staff was great. I had a problem with the dates I booked and they were wonderful to work with to meet my needs.

Cons:

Room looked clean but there was an Old Gatorade bottle sitting on the floor next to bed. Everything else looked good.

The only thing i liked about this place was the location.

Cons:

I didn't like the cleanliness of the hotel. The outside look is very deceiving compared to the rooms. The hotel need some upgrades. The floor of our room felt and sounded like it was going to fall in. The restroon floors were stickey. The most horrible thing was i had two dirty wash clothes hanging from shower rod. I reported it to front desk. She said house keeping was going to take care of it. I left for a few hours and when i returned. Front dest to me they cleaned my room again. So i returned to my room to find out they didnt touch my room and the two towels were still there. So I removed the two towels myself and they were molded. Like they had been there for awhile. I will never return to this hotel again. Also, the tub had a dark ring in the tub also. You could just tell this room hadn't been clean for awhile. Even the lower counter where the store towels had dust. I dont know, but i think the hotel had a sewer backup or something cause it had an off smell on the 4th floor.
