Very comforting hotel and offers more than enough for short vacations

Hilton Spark was purchased eight months ago, it used to be a comfort Inn.
All the people were super friendly. The bed was super comfortable because everything in the room was new.
The maid service was wonderful, so in a nutshell, I couldn’t complain one bit.

Very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the area was quiet even though it was on a busy street.

Room supposed to be non-smoking but we found a cigarette left over.

Great hotel at a great price. The hotel is very newly renovated and kept very clean. The breakfast is decent and there is good coffee arrangement as well all day long.

Airport shuttle was great. Staff were very friendly. Clean. Bed comfortable.

Searched for a houston hotel by the airpirt and I get this hobby airport stuff despite clearly stating Huston international. Never could get a response from the hotel for a ride. Would hotels.com or the hotel make it right!? NO! I'll never use these crooks again. When I finally did contact the hotel, they wouldn't transfer my stay and rudely said they wouldn't refund it. My bank said it was refundable because the hotel and hotels.com messed up! They can eat it! Hahaha!! They lost a 10+ year customer over a $90 stay. Avoid these crooks at all cost.

I was satisfied and I would stay here again. Hotel was very clean, staff was nice , shuttle service was greatly appreciated, located near a lot of authentic restaurants to eat. Not high-end restaurants, but good and authentic restaurants.
20 min from downtown .

Uber ride to Walmart or nearby restaurant cost about 5 bucks . Rides to downtown cost about 15.

Neighbor is not the nicest but I was quite , I don’t hear sirens and though next to airport, I didn’t hear planes . I would walk to the corner store gas station if needed too , but not farther than that . The lobby to hotel sells items you want or need like water , beer , or an Engery drink, even ice cream 😊.

Super clean room, staff was excellent. Property name change confusing to uber drivers. Was my first time there and was accidently dropped off at another property.

Our family of eight had to stay in Houston overnight due to a flight delay. I booked two rooms at Spark because it was close, affordable, had an airport shuttle, and breakfast included in the price. After booking, I called and they even ensured that our rooms would be right next to each other, which was great. The shuttle service was great. I was disappointed with the breakfast though, which was pretty much just bagels, yogurt, and juice, whereas most hotels nowadays seen to all have some kind of hot breakfast option such as eggs, waffles, etc. They didn't even have cereal. The rooms were fine for what we needed, but I wouldn't call them welcoming or comfortable, as they were somewhat stark and "cold" (not referring to the temperature). The elevator was a bit sketchy. Many hotels have an extra blanket in the closet but I had to go to the front desk to get one. Overall the service was great but the accommodations left a lot to be desired.

I was expecting a pool since the surrounding hotels had one. The customer service made up for that.

Terrible customer service, my first room was not clean. I found garbage in both trash bin. The property is property but terrible house service and room service.
