Would book again
Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The hot tub and gym equipment all working great. We did not try the breakfast. Overall great value for the price. I was pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

Nothing, we had a lovely stay.

Not worth the price. Look elsewhere for a better stay for your money.
Pros:

Room was spacious, nice shower.

Cons:

Lobby smelled like rotting trash upon arrival. Heat in room did not work thermostat read 66 degrees. Gnat swarm inside room.

The staff was very nice and accommodating of my early check in. The room was so bad I didn’t even mention to the staff.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Everything. The room was absolutely gross. Door was broken. Animals in the room chewed up flooring next to mini fridge. Bed was broken sagging at the headboard. Shower was dirty covered in mold. Bed sheets were covered in hair. Probably the grossest room I have ever seen in a home or hotel.

The over location seemed clean.

Cons:

The smell of the room/bathroom. There was a constant smell of possible sewer.
Also, I attempted to call the hotel multiple times and there was never any answer.

Quick overnight stay on way to Florida
Pros:

Great price- 2nd stay-clean

Cons:

unable to use luggage cart. Was told guests didn't bring them back. Had to lug everything. Traffic loud from highway on street side.

Far exceeded our expectations
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a friendly face. Hira, was a pleasure. She was professional with a welcoming demeanor. Everything exceed our expectations, from the check in, smelling of cleanliness as as we entered, room cleanliness, down to the breakfast. The next time that we're in the area this is our one and only option. Thanks again, Hira!

I usually stay here when I visit Richmond and I never have any complaints.
Pros:

Our stay here was uneventful, which is a good thing. We had 5 rooms this time. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was nice and quiet during our stay and the free breakfast did not disappoint.
