Travel Inn & Suites Innisfail

Good place for last minute stay. Cheaper than otbers.

Everything was great 👍

The locationa dn price were good.
What I didn't like is that my wife is very sensitive to smoke and we could smell smoke in the hall ways and as the doors don't seal well it comes into the room.
One other thing as we left the door thru the front entrance was locked and we couldn't get out, not sure why and didn't have to check the back door as someone just happened to come in the front and let us out.

Quiet, staff was great. Close to amenities.

The room was very clean, and the manager Rod and staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a really great stay at Travel Inn & Suites in Innisfail. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The property felt safe and was conveniently located near shops and dining options. Overall, an excellent experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Dirty, run down, service with attitude, and slow, tiny room for breakfast with limited seating, we could not get breakfast either day because of the crowding, took the kids swimming, it was gross. I just read a review from 2 weeks ago that a woman found a bed bug, now I’m paranoid we brought them home without knowing it.

Never book this motel again

Friendly and safe for a very budget hotel.

not a busy well used facility by travelling public, older facility needing and getting some upgrades. Some long stay residents. it was quiet and met our needs. Coffee maker would be nice.

Very basic. Bed duvet was torn had holes in it. Carpet is sticky. Sheets are dark grey. Pillows are like a couch pillow. One towel dark grey. Fridge was not on. No coffee maker or hair dryer. You get what you paid for

Have stayed in the past and the rooms were great and remodeled. The room this time was very dated and rough looking. They always have an issue Expedia when it comes to paying. Owner friendly and tries.

There were 2 beds it was comfortable.

Down spouts across sidewalks. Haven't slept on bed. Otherwise suited our needs.

My rating isn't based on a comparison with top- of- the-line hotels that cost four times as much as this one because only an idiot would expect luxury accommodations at this price. For people who just want a cheap place to sleep for the night, this hotel serves the purpose just fine. It's in a convenient spot right as you come into town and close by the majority of Innisfail's businesses. It's an older building that could stand some renovation but the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and all was very quiet and peaceful so can't really ask for much more than that. Still, the fact that it is an older building exhibiting some wear and tear prevents me from awarding a full five stars which I feel would be deceptive.

Our room was broken into. Asked property for partial refund, they won't give us anything back.
