The pool will be under maintenance every Monday. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos

Cons:

Tudo é péssimo nesse hotel! Os quartos são enormes mas os moveis são velhos, banheiro velho, a sala de café da manhã é deprimente, o café preto é de baixíssima qualidade, travesseiros ruins, cortinas velhas… não tem nada que salve. E o preço é simplesmente um absurdo

Cons:

Achei o hotel muito bonito mas muito frio para receber os hóspedes.
O quarto tinha algumas coisas deterioradas, como o sofá com um buraco e a porta do banheiro arrebentada na parte interna, em baixo.

Cons:

Ficamos sem luz, não tinha nem uma lanterna de emergência disponível no quarto. Atendente do check-in com demora e má vontade para responder as perguntas. Não conseguimos tomar café no ultimo dia por problemas na cozinha, restaurante fechado. Ar condicionado e geladeira desarmando. Não recomendo.
