Excellent 👌🏾 Hotel .. Excellent location.. Excellent staff
Pros:

Enera was so intelligent and helpful and lady who speaks English but I don't know her name. In fact the entire staffs are nice and friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of the city center, you can get to anywhere from there. In fact KFC and BURGER king are right there and some other wok and fast food joints. Everywhere in right in proximity..I never took any transport to get anywhere..I just walk. Bilbao is beautiful 😍 ..I live in France and all alone I had the impression that France is way better than Spain but I was wrong, a city like Bilbao beats all french cities with the exception of Paris and maybe Lyon. I am not sure Lyon beats Bilbao. Bilbao is clean and well organised. The transportation system is so good..buses metro all are brand new and class. Modern buildings everywhere and they follow the rules, I noticed people won't jay walk or violate traffic 🚦. They waited for the light to change. I will always be back there again and again .

I like everything except the room was A BIT small .

Pros:

Solo nos quedamos dos noches, pero estuvimos super a gusto. Para el precio del hotel, estaba todo muy limpio, el desayuno con menos variedad pero todo muy rico y con todos los básicos cubiertos (ya fuera dulce o salado), la cama era muy cómoda, las localización buenísima pero lo que más destaco sin duda fue la atención del personal. Una de las noches tuvimos la mala suerte de caer enfermas y el staff se volcó en prepararnos infusiones, darnos todas las facilidades y extendernos el checkout al día siguiente por un pequeño suplemento para poder disfrutar más de la habitación y descansar. Volveríamos seguro

Muy bien ubicado, cercano a todo el centro de Bilbao.

Cons:

Las habitaciones triples nos gustarón mucho. Las dobles un poco justas de tamaño. Las camas muy comodas en todas las habitaciones y el rincón con silla y mesa de las premium también, echamos en falta eso en las dobles.
