Tekrar Bilbao'yu ziyaret etsem tekrar bu oteli tercih ederim şüphesiz
Pros:

Otelin merkezi konumu sayesinde şehirde ulaşmak istediğimiz her noktaya yürüdük. Odanın büyüklüğü ve sunulan imkanlar yeterliydi. Giriş ve çıkış sırasında personel ilgilydi. Biz otelde kahvaltı tercih etmedik ama fiyat olarak uygundu. Genel anlamda fiyat ve imkanlar değerlendirildiğinde yine olsa yine tercih ederiz :) Bir de her katta su alabileceğiniz sebil olması düşünceli bir hareketti.

Cons:

Odanın klimasıyla sorun yaşadık, ısınmakta uzun süre zorlandık. Gün boyu açık bıraktığımızda gece anca ısınmaya başlamıştık ama belki bizim odamızın sorunuydu. Hijyen açısından genel olarak iyiydi ama banyo havlularında az da olsa tozlar vardı geliştirilebilir.

Encontramos uma equipa muito disponível, atenciosa e eficaz.
Bom pequeno almoço.
Cama muito confortável. O quarto era básico e funcional, mas com arrumação e boas dimensões, assim como o WC.

Bilbao een mooie stad met een heftige geschiedenis.
Pros:

Het restaurant voor ontbijt past niet zo goed bij mij, teveel gericht op jonge mensen met een schreeuwerige inrichting, kleuren en meubilair. Het ontbijt was compleet maar ook weer in heel koude sfeer, vanaf een dienblad gelijk aan de Mac of Burger King. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De parkeergarage was prima te berijden en voelde heel veilig aan.

Cons:

Een kop water, warme thee of koffie moest je met een bekertje op de gang gaan halen, raar om buren tegen te komen lopend op de gang met een kartonnen bekertje met een drankje. Het restaurant is niet berekend op een groot aantal gasten die allemaal tegelijk willen ontbijten, de hal stond afgeladen vol met jonge reizigers.

Hotel céntrico y muy recomendable.
Pros:

Fenomenal. Céntrico , moderno y con unas instalaciones muy chulas. El personal súper amable y disponible en todo momento. También tiene parking en el mismo edificio por 11 euros al día que te facilita mucho el no tener que estar buscando aparcamiento y más estando la zona de bajas emisiones pegada al hotel. Para los coches que no pueden entrar en ella es una facilidad.Me ha gustado mucho la estancia.

Bilbao y el Hotel Ibis Centre siempre merecen una visita.
Pros:

Es un hotel en el que ya he estado varias veces. Valoro mucho su ubicación y el trato del personal. El desayuno está bien.

Séjour bref dans Bilbao.
Pros:

L’emplacement en centre-ville, l’accueil par le personnel, très aimable et serviable. Le parking, la WIFI.

Cons:

Déçu par la chambre, car pas de bureau ou petite table, rien pour poser les bagages. Un lit d’une personne en plus mais inutile dans notre cas. Une penderie encastrée dans un coin, pas pratique, avec une chaise pliée à l’intérieur. Des sachets de thé et de Nescafé, mais pas de bouilloire ni de cafetière. Chambre pas accueillante.

Es war eine schöne Erfahrung und ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen.

Alles so wie erwartet: zweckmäßige Ausstattung, sauber, ruhig und gutes Frühstück.

Pros:

The location was good, just outside the LEZ. The parking was good, safe, and affordable. The staff were kind and friendly, always ready to help and to make up for the little issues we faced. The breakfast was good, and included plenty of savoury options.

Cons:

The room was not clean on arrival, we complained and we were offered another room, but it was not clean either. We had to wait for 15 minutes until they cleaned the room. The room facing the street on the fifth floor was incredibly noisy at night, the one facing the courtyard was quiet but hot. At the breakfast buffet the fruit salad was off, and some of the cutlery was not clean.
