Las atenciones del personal

Cons:

Sería bueno que hubiera un ascensor específico para el personal de limpieza. Por la mañana cuando hay más necesidad del ascensor (desayunos, check out) hay problemas ya que están ocupados por el personal que realiza su trabajo

Tout aucun problème la réactivité du personnel car nous avons eu un souci. Avec un groupe de jeunes très bruyant et on nous a changé de chambre sans aucun problème. le déjeuner très copieux.

Pros:

Quan vas a un Ibis, saps el que reserves (una cosa justeta per un preu inferior a la mitjana) i ho acceptes perquè pagues menys. Per a nosaltres, l'Ibis Bilbao Centro ha estat una grata sorpresa: molt cèntric, personal molt amable des de l'arribada (cheers to Gorka i Luciana), tot molt net i un desdejuni espectacular. Si tornem a Bilbo, ja sabem on quedar-nos. Eskerrik asko!

Cons:

El tema dels endolls a les habitacións (o, si més no, a la nostra habitació): un costat del llit no en té i l'altre només gràcies a un allargador. Per la resta, xapeau.

Cons:

Выбрали номер Премиум, но он оказался с некрасивым видом во двор. Уборку делали, но ни разу за четыре дня не добавили кофе, чай, стаканчики, палочки. Отсутствие столовых приборов.
