Excellent location, great staff, loved the amenities including the easy parking and night staff was

The night staff was very helpful and excited aboit our stay. The parking and cafes right next door were a lovely adage.

Cons:

That most places in the area were closed by 11pm.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, muy bien mantenido, con personal muy amable y estacionamiento
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, a corta distancia de los principales puntos turisticos, para ir caminando, en taxi/Uber, etc. No tomamos los desayunos porque nos parecieron un tanto caros, si bien se veian muy completos. Tiene aparcamiento en el propio hotel, que es muy practico ya que estacionar en la zona es muy dificil

Anduvo todo muy bien, salvo el valor del desayuno que era un tanto elevado, pero muy completo. Bilbao es una ciudad con valores de alojamienos altos si una quiere una buena ubicación

Excellent petit-déjeuner, emplacement idéal, parking privé à disposition

Cons:

Propreté des chambres médiocre, pas de savon bans le distributeur de la douche, problèmes avec le système de clefs, durant tout le séjour, et obligation d'attendre qu'on vienne vous ouvrir.
