Nice place and location, just some maintenance issues
Pros:

Nice room that was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The A/C in the room was incredibly noisy. When it cycled on it woke us up with a start. I mean really loud. Told the front desk upon leaving and they didn’t seem to care. Have a video with sound to show.

Will not stay here again.
Pros:

The work out room was clean and not in high demand. Water available along with towels.

Cons:

Hallways were dirty, tile flooring by elevator constantly wet from pool goers, shower had little water pressure, toilet was extremely difficult to flush, toilet paper holder was broken leaning toward floor, had to adjust it after using, and door to room difficult to close as deadbolt would pop out upon opening and take several tries of jarring door handle up to disengage.

My day was very comfortable through my sleep was restful
Pros:

The customer service was outstanding. My check-in concierge was fantastic. Help me out with a little issue got it handled friendly and obviously a hotel with honesty and integrity.

Impeccable!
Pros:

Staff was impeccable. They were friendly, courteous, informative, and went above and beyond inquiring if there was any more they could do. The bed was comfortable. The room was spotless and looked brand new. The hallways were clean and orderly. Plenty of parking. Check out was easy and fast. And on our way out they asked if their was anything they could do to improve our stay.

Cons:

We thought there would be a bath tub and after driving 14 hours a hot soak would’ve been nice. That was solely due being in a rush booking.

Pros:

Very clean! I like to sleep with white noise and you can run a fan all night long (it’s hard to find hotels with this option). The blackout curtains and comfortable bed made for a good nights sleep. The shower and soap dispensers are quite amazing. I love when hotels have makeup wipes!
