Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will stay there again!

Cons:

The a/c was struggling with the humidity and the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working. But those are easily fixed.

Beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. Quiet. Close to Second St shops and restaurants and Swannendal historic building. Lovely hosts and breakfast. In house masseuse and steam shower are a plus!

Loved the concierge when I arrived. He tended to my every need and want. Came immediately to fix air in our room and to make sure we were comfortable.
