Breakfast
The staff was wonderful and personable. The chef for breakfast was awesome and had a wonderful breakfast.
I had cut my arm and didn't realize it. I got into bed and left around an eighth of an inch of blood on a pillowcase and on the fitted sheet. That's when I noticed it and went and got a Band-Aid. Whenever I leave a motel I always strip the bed and put all of the dirty stuff in a pile along with everything in the bathroom and I clean everything to make it easier for housekeeping. I received an email soon after I checked out telling me that $60 had been deducted from my account and that I could no longer stay at any comfort suites, anywhere. I called them to see what the problem was and they told me that there was an unknown substance found on the pillow case and the fitted sheet. The sheets were not new sheets, and I told them I would get some OxiClean and come clean the sheets. They then went and talked with a manager and came back and told me that they gave me my $60 back and I was welcome back but this was my first warning and if anything like that ever happened again I would no longer be welcome at any of their motels. They don't have to worry about that. I won't be back. I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had an experience like this. I love to give kudos and let people know how much they are appreciated. That is why my scores were so high for the staff, they were absolutely marvelous. But, the way I was treated with the email that I had received, I will never return there and I will never advise anyone to go there.
Location was OK
Our issue is the we had a 3 night stay booked and confirmed through Bookings.com. After one nights stay and returning from the football game we found ALL of our luggage and loose belongings, i.r. medicines, jewelry and other personal items, all packed up and removed from our room! The hotel said that Bookings.com had contacted them and said we had an emergency and would be checking out 2 days early. This request did not come from us and they had already rented our room to someone else. (Our key still worked and my wife was in the room using the restroom when the “NEW” tenants walked in using their key. Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. Thankfully the other couple was very nice and understanding. I had to pay for the 2 nights that I had already paid for through Bookings.com again in order to hang on to this room as all others were booked up. Still waiting for Bookings.com to refund what I paid them or refund the additional 2 nights I was charged by Comfort Inns. Complete “shit show” by both Bookings.com and the Hotel. Count us a VERY dissatisfied customers.
Staff was very friendly and made it super easy to check in. Rooms were large and comfortable!
Nothing. Everything was great!
The beverage station was awesome!
The cleaning service was once in 3 days!
Paid for the "mountain view". Nothing really to see.
Pool
No dinner being served.
Nice big comfy rooms. The staff is so friendly especially the breakfast hostess. My sister and I have stayed at this hotel every year for our Oregon sister trip many years and the staff remembers us. I always see them treat others guests with friendly respect
The new televisions are a little difficult for a senior like me to operate .I had to think hard to answer this question because we have always enjoyed our stay
It was ok
Booked through booking, call a few days before to cancel one of my rooms. Hotel canceled for me, but was still charged ove $500 extra for a room i didn't have
The breakfast had a nice variety of foods to choose from. Complimentary coffee, tea and ice water available daily in the lobby 24/7 along with light snacks/drinks to purchase. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional.
It would have been great to have an outside table/chairs to sit and enjoy our eats! We enjoyed our stay and willl definitely return.
It was clean, with lots of outlets
A fire alarm went off at midnight. The night staff was useless at explaining what was happening. Due to the adrenalin rush I was unable to get back to sleep for several hours. The morning staff told me the manager was on vacation. Later they said they'd spoken with the manager and since I'd used bookings.com they were unable to give me a discount, just offering a late checkout (I was catching a plane, so that was useless... and if I wasn't catching a plane it would have been more appropriate to tell this to guests at midnight). So I ended up with a free soda for my discomfort.
Lady running breakfast room on Thursday was cheerful and willing to visit while maintaining the room. She let me linger past the 9:30 deadline and finish my meal. Very appreciated.
My room wasn't cleaned on Wednesday. Because of that, when going to breakfast on Thursday, I contacted the lady cleaning rooms on my floor. Because of a language barrier, I used limited Spanish to communicate my room number and indicated I was going to breakfast. When I returned, my door was left open (with the deadbolt lock used to prop open the door) and still wasn't cleaned. I again reminded the woman my room number and secured the door. I returned that evening (gone from 11:00am until 8:30pm) to find my room AGAIN was left open with the deadbolt arm as a prop (my personal belongings available to ANYONE walking by), and my room was AGAIN not cleaned. VERY unacceptable.
The breakfast was good. The king bed was comfortable, but the pull-couch bed was not that comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The couch pull-out bed was not comfortable
