RECEPTIONIST TERRY AND ASSISTANT MGR. NATE WERE A GREAT HOST. THE TWO DID A GREAT JOB IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THANKS!

THE AIRCONDITING IN THE HALLWAYS WAS HOT, THE LOBBY WAS GREAT. I STAYED ON THE 4TH FLOOR HOT UP THERE. ROOM WAS GOOD.

Courteous staff and room was clean

Cons:

Remote was missing-could not turn off TV -had to unplug. Room appears ‘tired’ -carpets are thin and drapes had holes in them. Escutcheon plate around shower head was not attached to the wall and showed multiple attempts at caulking.

The breakfast was good. You just need to add turkey sausage and bacon bc everyone dont eat pork.
