Pros:

Breakfast station was replenished consistently. I did appreciate having turkey sausage as an option as needed.

Cons:

Front desk employees at night are the worse ever and lack basic communication and customer service skills. Each time you interact with a night employee they all have attitudes or are just unprofessional.

staff was excellent, place was clean but due to lack of a shower seat, won't be staying there again.
Pros:

A few issues: The handicapped room did not have a sit down shower seat so my husband could not shower at all during his stay. The other issue was due to booking.com. You messed up our name. When my son, Matthew Kuzara went to check in he was told there was no reservation. Booking.com had sent the reservation name as such: MattandDianaKuz with other characteristics added. It made zero sence how this was sent!

Family trip
Pros:

We like that the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The staff was very accommodating even through the Thanksgiving holiday. There was not a lot of noise even though the highway was nearby.

Cons:

We wanted to get into the pool but it did not look very clean at the time.
