Good place to stop and get a good night's rest.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and they had decent hot water.

Cons:

Could hear noise in hall and room next door. Thermostat was wonky, didn't like wall control, because it didn't seem to work right.

Customer Service still Alive and Well
Pros:

Had a great experience, checking in. Latasha working the front desk greeted us with a smile a few laughs and followed up with a recommendation for a restaurant that after 10 hours on the road absolutely fit the bill for my wife and I She ended the evening with “have a blessed evening“ 🤠🔥

Great Experience!
Pros:

After a long day of travel we chose this Hampton Inn for the night, and we were not disappointed. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room (nicer than expected) and easy access to the highway. Latasha is a gem. She made us feel right at home and provided excellent recommendations for dinner.

Very nice hotel and staff! Highly recommend!
Pros:

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and well organized. The bathroom was nice and big. The free breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Most importantly, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend anyone staying at this hotel!! I rate our experience 10/10!

Breakfast was okay but limited choices. Ice machine did not work on our floor. Had requested a room on the first floor but ended on the 3rd floor.

Bryant stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience until Michael. There was a noise complaint our first night of 7. Once he came to my room I was woken up by him and helped him figure out the room it was coming from, he apologized and addressed the room making the noises. On night our 5th night, the only other night he worked, he repeatedly knocked on our door, waking us up. I could not reason with him.

I stay at Hilton properties at least one night per week and will never stay here again.

Pros:

The young lady who checked us in was wonderful. We had reserved a handicapped room with a third party and the third party booked us into the wrong type of handicapped room. She patiently worked through the problem which was exacerbated because it was a third party booking. She is a great asset for your company!
