Hay que caminar más de dos cuadras con equipaje. El hotel no tiene un mínimo servicio de carros o lo que fuera necesario para que los huéspedes no estemos por un empedrado incómodo tironeando valijas.
La entrada al hotel está restringida y la falta de medios e ideas para facilitar el tan obvio tránsito de huéspedes con valijas es lamentable. Nadie avisa de esta lamentable sorpresa al momento de ofrecer haitciones.

Needed a bit of a clean up after recent renovations especially in corridor and stairs

Senga var ødelagt og ingen av personalet har lagt merke til det. To av tre netter med dårlig søvn. Ikke imøtekommende personale. Avslag på faktura var latterlig og gjorde at vi følte ikke ble tatt på alvor.
Utsikten var mot betongvegger selv om når man har strekket seg så havet. Hotellet vil ikke ble anbefalt i hjemmelandet vårt.

Restaurant was not our favorite good but not great.

So the property didn’t tell us that there was work being done during our stay. Quite substantial work so the owners would have known that this was going on during our stay which they failed to declare when booking. As we stayed Thursday to Tuesday work was only done on the Friday and Monday which we experienced. However on Friday we were woken up by work above us at 07:30 and the on Monday woken at 08:00 by two workers arguing for nearly half an hour. My advice would be before you book check if work is being done. This really was a let down from a 4 star hotel. Also if you stay in room 301 like we did be prepared if the room next door showers late at night. We experienced midnight showers and due to the shower backing on our room it was so noisy it woke us up. Again not what a 4 star hotel should be like. However the included breakfast and the staff working were unbelievably great. You could ask for more from and breakfast offering all types of options. The staff were outstanding!!

The drinks are quite pricey but as you are not paying for sunbeds or a pool it all balances out.

Initially given room 110 which was direc tly above thehotel air conditioning plant room, We eventually got moved but first night we were awake since 3am. This is a major issue and as it became apparent talking to other guests they had also been moved from this room. The hotel is amazing, fantastic , wonderful location, spotless and really clean BUT they are aware of this issue and really they need to address the problem as it spoilt our first night.

Had a few issues with the room. Shower wasn’t draining well, which was fixed and we were compensated for our troubles. Pool isn’t heated and the could use some padding for the Sun chairs.

Good though very nice was quite expensive. Staff at times didn’t understand what we were asking.

It seemed that every night there was a cabaret- we wanted a quiet relaxing holiday -we would have dined in their restaurant but the shows were off putting and noisy! The ‘pool’ was right by the reception and restaurant and badly thought out

The room was small and disappointing at the side of the hotel with very limited view of the sea if you hung out the window. No offer of a better room especially when the hotel didn’t seem to be full. Taxi’s are a good walk away from the hotel so it was drag the suitcase some distance.

Didn’t realize walk to city center was 20-25 minute walk but good exercise - walk was upstairs halfway and the rest was a slight incline. Just an fyi to readers.
Also with summer upcoming construction performed on property - bathroom installs included towel rack and tissue/kleenex holder which was needed. In addition door installed to cover mini refrigerator. All this could have been completed prior to checkin vs during stay…

Meillä oli varattuna twinhuone merinäköalla ja parvekkeella. Ennen tuloa hotelli ilmoitti etä twin huoneita ei ole ollenkaan. Hotelli sijaitsee myös paikassa jonne ei kallioiden takia paista aurinko juuri ollenkaan joten toukokuussa oli kylmää eikä pimeällä parvekkeella voinut olla.
