Breakfast options were very good, the reception, lounge, pool and dining area are very nice. The lift, hallways and rooms arent the best, the rooms are ok in terms of space with wonderful view of the sea, although mattress wasnt great and there was no kettle in the room, which was a little frustrating. Small TV present, but we never used it.

Location is amazing. The rooms are spacious but need some upgrades. The hallways look run down and dated. But for the price, this hotel is excellent. We stayed in a room with a terrace and the view was ridiculously gorgeous. The breakfast that is included is very good. There are no coffee makers or irons in the rooms. The lobby, bar, and breakfast room all have incredible views. The hotel is challenging to find if you are walking from the ferry or the train. We traveled by ferry and had difficulty finding it on foot since it was not coming up on our google map. It is next to the Bagno Delfino Restaurant if you need a reference point like we did.

The location was quiet with great views of the Bay of Naples.

I just spent a week at The Admiral Hotel in Sorrento and this hotel is truly a gem that I recommend highly! The property is clean, spacious, quiet and has a beautiful view of The Bay of Naples. The bedroom was comfortable and everything worked great (I had a nice balcony overlooking The Bay).

Breakfast is served buffet style with lots of great options and everything is baked fresh.

The Staff are exceptional! They are friendly, attentive and extremely helpful with tourist questions about trains, taxies, what to do, tours etc. Pascale (the hotel manager) was delightful and so helpful with suggesting plans for my time there and checking in to see how I was doing (I was travelling solo).

The hotel is also perfectly situated with a 15-20 min easy lovely walk to the main square in town. There are lots of restaurants within minutes of the hotel and also dining at the hotel.

Again, I highly recommend this hotel. I had an exceptional experience during my 1 week stay!

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and exceptional. We enjoyed the entertainment provided one night. Breakfast was very good.

Nice views from the restaurant/terrace area. Lift for suitcases. Good selection of breakfast food/teas/coffees. Overall good location for us to be based at for trips to Pompei & Capri.
Just be careful when booking a room with a balcony that it says marina view as ours was a side sea view, but the pictures on booking.com showed the marina so that was disappointing. I only booked about 8 weeks in advance & there were only 2 options at that point, room with/without a balcony so I probably should have checked.
Tips on buses from the Marina up to the main square/station. We walked up everyday, but on our last day with our suitcases we took a bus. Reception told us they came at 25 past hour when we asked. There are no signs/timetables, just a painted rectangle on the floor. There was one already there when we arrived, he said cash only. We went to the cash machine opposite (literally 5metres away) & the bus drove off. (I think this was a shuttle bus I had previously seen at the bus/train station as it just had a printed sign in the window)The then scheduled bus at 25past came, we had our cash. This bus said to buy tickets in the shop opposite! Luckily this one waited. We think this was a local bus as it had the electronic sign on the front.
So have cash/buy a ticket in the shop opposite.
