Hyvä keskustajotelli, joka toimii.
Pros:

Huoneet olivat hyvässä kunnossa, siistejä ja kaikki toimi. Tyyliä voisi ehkä päivittää, mutta ei paljoa. Paikka oli upea kaiken lähellä.

Cons:

Hieman oli sellaista asennetta, ettÄ koska olemme 5-tähden hotelli voimme pyytää palveluista mitä tahansa hintaa. Vastaanotossa oli henkilöitä, joiden kommunikaatio taidot eivät olleet hyvät. Pääosin silti ystävällisiä.

Un sejur placut in centrul Sofiei.

Locatie amplasata central,mic dejun bogat.

Cons:

In rezervarea facuta nu s-a mentionat de proprietate ca parcarea este contracost,si a trebuit sa achitam 30 Euro/zi.Micul dejun a fost mentionat ca nu este inclus,dar la o proprietate de 5* nu este posibil sa nu ai parcare.Personalul a fost amabil!

אהבנו את החדר , את הקלאס של המקום, המיקום מעולה לי ויטושה במרכז. ארוחת בוקר די טובה. יש מיסעדה למלון עם אוכל מעולה. הצוות זמין חייכן ומנומס מאוד

ממליץ מאד לבחור בחדרים עם המרפסת.

יש חלון אטום לגמרי לרעש, מקום מרווח לשבת ולהירגע, רואים נוף יפה של העיר ושל הר ויטושה והחדר כשלעצמו נעים ומפנק.

מבחינת ארוחת בוקר- ביחס לארוחות בוקר באירופה היא הייתה ברמה טובה מאד (אפשר היה להוסיף עוד קצת דברים אבל זה זניח כי היה דיי מגוון)

הצוות מאד אדיב..., והמיקום פשוט קלאסי. מרחק הליכה ממדרחוב ויטושה ומאטרקציות רבות. תחנת מטרו סרדיקה נמצאת 5 דקות ברגל.

בקיצור... במציאות של היום, בולגריה ובפרט סופיה לגמרי בחירה נכונה וטובה מאד.

אם להיות ממש קטנוני- זה רק שצריך לשלם עבור כניסה לספא, ושאולי המחירים במסעדה של המלון קצת יקרים בהשוואה למקומות אחרים אבל שוב, זה ממש ממש זניח.

La posizione perfetta al centro di Sofia
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, elegante e spaziosa. La posizione è imbattibile, non si può trovare di meglio a Sofia secondo me. Alle spasse ha un bellissimo giardino e il Teatro nazionale. Si trova al centro tra i monumenti più importanti. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la Cattedrale, la Moschea, il Mercato Centrale e il boulevard Vitosha. La stazione della metro Serdika è a 5 minuti a piedi. L'hotel ha anche una caffetteria molto carina che dà sul giardino.

Cons:

La colazione è accettabile ma niente di eccezionale. Purtroppo la parte dolce, come sempre all'estero, non è molto ampia. Il buffet è nella media. Alla carta (comprese nel prezzo) si può ordinare omelette, uova fritte o uova alla benedict. Queste ultime devo dire che erano davvero buone.

Licht was slecht. In de badkamer was de spiegels donker. Ook de scheerspiegel was donker, je zag weinig. Niet belangrijk, maar toch.

Horrible treatment by the management, when a suite with breakfast was prepaid and 2 children were not allowed at breakfa

I had paid for my cousin and her 3 children for a suite with breakfast for 1 adult and 3 children, whose ages were specified. I prepaid the entire trip and made sure everything was confirmed, only to find out that the hotel didn’t allow two of the children to eat their breakfast. Thus, 2 children went outside of the hotel to look for food. Absolutely horrible service and zero hospitality!
