Pros:

Очень стильный солидный хотель, приятно было находиться. Замечательный ресторан и лобби бар. Интересная выставка картин была представлена в фойе. Отличный вежливый персонал помог, запарковал машину, очень и очень хорошо 👍

Отличное расположение отеля, все важные бюрократические органы и достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Отличная атмосфера в гостинице, уютно и просторно в номере. а так же красивый вид на гору Витоша из панорамных окон номера. Матрасы кроватей удобные, санузел функциональный и просторный. Звукоизоляция номеров хорошая, не было проблем с шумом (возможно была не высокая загрузка гостиницы).

Cons:

Один момент не понравился - это снек-бар (орешки были по вкусу просроченные, хотя срок годности указанный на упаковке был нормальный, и слишком дорого за позиции снек-бар, чипсы и шоколадки Lindt в соседнем фирменном магазине в несколько раз дешевле, по идее это так и должно быть за предоставленный сервис, но удивился все равно стоимости при выселении).

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit bequemen Möbeln, einem großen TV, einer Sitzecke, und einigen Extras, wie z.B. eine Kaffeemaschine etc.
Das Bett hatte eine gute Matratze, zwei Decken wären schön.
Durch die braunen Möbel wirkte das Zimmer etwas dunkel.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Frisch gepreßter O-Saft und zubereitete Eierspeisen wären in einem Hotel dieser Klassifikation sicher ein Plus.
Gute Bar.
Die zentrale Lage ist top. Von der nahen Straßen hört man nahezu nichts.

Grand comfortable old style hotel needing a couple of modern improvements
Pros:

Very nice old style hotel, large rooms with tables and chairs and big comfortable beds. The staff were nice and attentive, the lobby bar ladies were particularly lovely, most of the staff were young people who were doing wonderful job. The location is great, close to everything at walkable distance, ideal for sightseeing or business. The hair salon is a great convenience and the ladies there were also very helpful.

Cons:

The gym is in dire need of replacement of equipment, one of the treadmills didn't lift the resistance and the other was transmitting static electricity. It's a small dark room in the basement with nearly no ventilation. Could be moved to a better place in the hotel, there's plenty of space, it seems. The coffee machine in the room didn't break the pods so they replaced it but the new one didn't either so the pods were the wrong ones or defective. It'd be nice to have a proper filter machine or at least a kettle since some travelers deal with time difference and is nice to be able to have a warm coffee or tea in the room when there's nothing open in the hotel.

Pros:

The comfort of the huge rooms,the breakfast and most importantly the service.The staff is great-from the reception boys to the barman and breakfast guys-well done!

Great lovation and service
Pros:

Excellent service, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

The duvets are way too small for two people and the room was too hot with aircon not working this time of the year.

Pros:

Top Lage - alles fußläufig erreichbar und in 3 Minuten an der Metrostation

Cons:

Preis für das Frühstück mit 22€ pro Person zu teuer (Costa Coffe ist 100 Meter hinter dem Hotel eine gute Alternative)
