Horrible treatment by the management, when a suite with breakfast was prepaid and 2 children were not allowed at breakfa
Cons:

I had paid for my cousin and her 3 children for a suite with breakfast for 1 adult and 3 children, whose ages were specified. I prepaid the entire trip and made sure everything was confirmed, only to find out that the hotel didn’t allow two of the children to eat their breakfast. Thus, 2 children went outside of the hotel to look for food. Absolutely horrible service and zero hospitality!

Truly Executive Family Suite in the heart of Sofia
Pros:

The location cannot be more convenient (right next to the theatre and main square), private underground parking with friendly security officers, extremely professional reception team, marvelous restaurant. The entire hotel is classy. This is the first time I saw a reception representative reading passport data with dedicated NFC scanner. The green tile in the bathroom is something from another world, creating unique atmosphere. The room is perfectly conditioned and furnished. This hotel is aimed at business people and diplomats (or maybe even secret service agents pretending to be diplomats), reminding of the good old times. It is a true five star hotel in the heart of Sofia.

Cons:

It is completely unacceptable to have a password-free, ubiquitous and flawlessly working Wi-Fi Internet when in some other 5-star hotels you have to go into the lobby just to check your email with a time-limited card…

EXCELLENT hotel and staff, highly recommend!!
Pros:

Everything was fantastic, as one would expect from a 5* hotel. Staff were wonderful and attentive, helping me out even beyond my stay when I forgot to do some things, striking the perfect balance between friendly and allowing me as a guest to do things myself. Breakfast and room service food was absolutely delicious. Design of the hotel and bathroom was classic, timeless, and luxurious, I loved walking around the hallway and seeing all the paintings and brass sculptures from local artists. I think this is a superb value for the price, when comparing to other 5* hotels worldwide. I would recommend this hotel and its staff to anyone wanting to stay in Sofia.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a few more hangers in the closet of the room. The window in my room was unable to be opened, but I think that is simply how the building was built and I had temperature control in the room. Other than that, I have no complaints.
