Premetto che sono ormai 10 anni che per lavoro sono spesso a Sofia, posizione ottima .

Cons:

Staff pessimo si dal primo approccio in reception per poi seguitare la mattina , ci volevano addebitare la colazione quando era presente chiaramente sulla prenotazione , abbiamo dovuto fare vedere noi la prenotazione con colazione entrando nell'app di booking, dopo aver dimostrato ciò avessero chiesto scusa . Pessima esperienza .

위치가 정말 좋아요. 방이 정말 무지막지하게 큽니다. 침대가 편안했어요. 공원뷰 방이라서 좋았어요. 이 가격에 이만큼의 시설을 가진 호텔을 예약하기는 쉽지 않다고 생각합니다.

Cons:

솔직히 방이 너무 커서 동선이 쓸데없이 길었어요.
시설이 좀 낡긴 했습니다.. 아침식사 메뉴가 항상 같았는데 좀 다양성을 주면 좋을 것 같아요.

the room was ok, nothing spectacular, quite spacieous

Cons:

1. the breakfast is not very good: most of the hot dishes are cold, even when you're in the early morning
a la carte options are much better but limited if you manage to actually order it as the staff is all over the place and not very interested in taking the order. in terms of food variety it is ok
2. condoms in a family room? seriously?
3. during our stay batteries in the door died (lol) and we were locked out of our room
4. we're 4, but the room (glasses, water, towels etc) was prepped for 3...

Комната была большой, красивой и очень темной. Old classic style с мрамором, деревянными панелями, но маленькие окна делают комнату мрачной.

Cons:

Персонал не слишком дружелюбен. Попросила о позднем выезде, отказали, везде идут навстречу, но не в этом отеле. За деньги да.
