Pros:

Chambre pour famille de 4 très spacieuse, très propres, grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Super petit déjeuner, pris en terrasse devant le parc. Mention spéciale aux personnes de l’accueil qui nous ont commandé les taxis en leur indiquant les adresses. On a beaucoup aimé. Location idéale pour visiter et flâner à Sofia

Cons:

No milk in rooms for coffee. No additional coffee pods provided for the room after you use the only 2 provided.. why put a coffee machine in the room? The grand cafe lovely staff but food not worth the money ( not what it used to be).

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels, die Größe der Zimmer, die Sauberkeit, der Service im Hotel, die Gemütlichkeit insgesamt - auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert ! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Eierspezialitäten sind auch sehr gut! Insgesamt war unser 5-tägigen Aufenthalt mit Familie dort sehr schön und unvergässlich, bei nächster Gelegenheit werde ich wieder dort buchen wollen!

Pros:

Ambiente pulito, staff attivo 24h molto disponibile.
Una esperienza davvero lodevole, la camera era molto ampia e davvero confortevole.
Anche in un momento di emergenza medica, il personale notturno è stato pronto e attento alle nostre necessità e ci ha assistito davvero più del dovuto.

Cons:

Ho provato diversi servizi dell’hotel, tra cui un massaggio nel Centro Benessere. In breve, non vale la pena farlo, non mi ha soddisfatto per nulla. Ciò non incide sull’esperienza generale, che è stata fantastica.
