החדר היה מאד גדול כמו סוויטה , המלון במיקום מעולה קרוב למלא מסעדות בתי קפה ומועדונים , צוות המלון מדהים תמיד עוזר מאד חשוב להם הניקיון והסדר , יאן פקיד הקבלה איש מדהים עזר לנו בכל שאלה שם לב שלבעלי היה יום הולדת בתאריך שהגענו וביום למחרת חיכתה לו עוגה בחדר וזה היה מרגש ממש

הדבר היחיד שהשאיר קצת טעם רע היה שהזמנו דירה אקזקיוטיב הפונה לעיר, קיבלנו חדר אקזקיוטיב שפונה לצד הנגדי מול בניין ישן
בתגובה לפנית בירור שעשיתי ובקשה לקבל חדר לפי ההזמנה טענו שקיבלתי את החדר מוקדם בשעתיים ללא חיוב נוסף שזה דרך אגב היה נכון למרות שהצעתי להם תשלום.
בקיצור העניין הזה השאיר קצת טעם רע ולא זכה להתייחסות רצינית מצוות המלון
