In hindsight, nothing! Your “trusted partner “ stole our hard earned and long saved money. They lied, booking.com lied. Total scam.
I didn’t like being robbed, lied too and taken advantage of. You all should be ashamed. I not only have a terrible view of your service but your culture. What a shame.
Excellent location close to the alternative bus station and comfortable bed. Beautiful accommodations. We were able to leave our luggage in a secure location when we arrived too early to get into our room so that we could take care of some business and get lunch. We were then able to get into our room a little bit early when we arrived back at the hotel.
Location was good: 450 meters from the bus terminal and 500 from the sea. The breakfast ws just bad.

The pool area is nice.
The rooms are dated and the lighting seems poor.
The staff were great, there was a nice size fridge in the room, the air conditioning cooled well, the hotel was in a good location for local amenities. There was also a water dispenser so we could fill up water bottles.

I have stayed there before and liked it. Unfortunately they no longer change the sheets between guests and the smelll if humidity was really bad
In general good,and fair price,however why i didnt rate as 5 star, because bathroom is stinky,smell like pee, really strong odor. Thats my only bad review in general is a nice hotel and convenient everything is around!!
The hotel is very nice, it is very well located. It has very good connections to transportation and food. The only thing that needs to be improved is the reception inside the internet rooms and there are no places where there is no good reception. In general, it is very good.

The only thing I did not like was, I traveled with my three sisters and we share the same room with two beds and this incident they had us either overpay the extra two people or get a whole new room they would not let us force stay in the same room
I didn't like the attitude of the staff to welcome their customer.
