More fresh vegetables for salads like broccoli, cauliflower. Mediterranean mezze options would also be nice
This place is at best a 4 star.
Hot water takes at least 5 mins to get warm.
Amenities are pretty run down.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff are amazing and supportive.
The breakfast buffet was perfect with different dishes..but as im a vegetarian person so the chef he cook for me different food during my stay .

The buffet was cold most of the food seem old and meat was tough
We got the Deluxe suite. It’s nice and spacious. The beds were too firm and felt like a springboard. But they put foam toppers when we complained about it. The staffs were nice. They also changed the fridge that was not working. I think they should make sure everything is working before they put any guests in the rooms. I hate the bath tub. It’s dangerous for elderlies and short people in general. I guess it hasn’t been changed since the hotel was first built. It would have been nice to just have a separate shower. The hotel is next to SM Makati and Glorietta- very convenient. But I think it’s too expensive compared to other 4-5 star hotels in Makati.

It is so convenient that you could use credit card instead of cash. Moreover, the department stores are just walking distance. Although i mostly used GRAB to go to other cities, there’s a train station only a few meters from the hotel. Great breakfast as well. Unfortunately, my room had a problem with the sliding door in our restroom. There’s also a leak coming from the AC. The water basin was clogged up. The electric plug in the restroom was not working. Overall, i still enjoyed my stay even though I encountered some problems.

The hotel is close to a lot of shopping and dining options. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffett here was excellent.
This has become my new number one as far as five star hotels in manilla. Amazing customer service! Everyone in the hotel from the bell hop to the elevator attendant. Hospitality to a whole new level! The location is ideal as well, SM mall located 1 minute walk from the entrance which connects with several other malls attached to that. The smell in the hotel is incredible, no matter what floor or where your at the overwhelmingly pleasent smell is there. The food at the location was astounding. The pantry had an amazing breakfast spread as well, a fine selection of asian dishes. Overall i can't find anything negative to say. Incredible place, would highly recommend. Will absolutely stay again!
