I’ve stayed here several times. I keep coming back. That should answer the question.
The male desk clerk is less than pleasant. I’ve encountered him in the past. When I arrived and checked in, I asked if I could extend my stay another night. Without even looking at his computer, he immediately said they were booked for the weekend. A few hours later I was going through Booking.com and lo and behold there was an available room after all. So I reserved it. Either your desk clerk doesn’t like me for whatever reason or he’s just rude to everyone. I don’t know what his problem is but perhaps he could use some interpersonal communication training.
excelente
Close to my destination, clean facilities, helpful staff.
I was getting prank calls from someone within the hotel early this morning. It occurred a few times.
Location.
Our room smelled damp. It was def just a mediocre hotel. It Wasn’t enough parking. Front desk man wasn’t friendly.
Everything was good.
TV was out the second night of the stay. They told us that it was due to vandals, which was not under their control.
The air conditioning was awesome.
Not the property's fault but one of the two waffle makers was not in operation in the breakfast area this morning and it was being monopolized by an adult male with two small children that were making waffle after waffle after waffle and taking them back to their room either for other parties or stock- piling them for themselves. It was extremely selfish. Therefore, the other customers weren't able to get waffles because this man selfishly ran the machine for at least the 30 minutes we were in the breakfast area, not to mention filling his pockets with butter, jellies, syrups, cream cheese... anything he could shove into his coat. This behavior is ridiculous and why some hotels no longer offer free breakfast because someone always has to abuse the system and ruin it for everyone else.
Didn’t eat breakfast
No morning coffee at all! Saw a girl with her head down on a desk in the breakfast supply room with two big canisters of what should have been coffee, but when she was called on, she got up and said the coffee machine was broken!! Not sure if she was hung-over, under distress, or what, but totally inattentive! The Hotel should have brought coffee in from somewhere if it were true.
Check-in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was fabulous!
Close to stadium
Nothing
Room were clean and staff friendly. I would stay here again
The staff was nice and the lobby was clean and comfortable. As far as the room, the linens and furniture were clean, but the carpet was sticky, there was dried vomit on the wall behind the toilet, the ironing board was severely warped, and the iron itself was grungy. The breakfasts were of decent quality and variety, but I did accidentally eat pork because there were no ingredients or title listed for the little omelet bites, or other foods in daily rotation for that matter. Overall our stay was fine, but considering the number of options in KC, we’ll probably stay elsewhere next time.
