Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. El edificio es de antes de 1900, bastante bonito y renovado. El personal es amable. Las habitaciones son espaciosas.

Cons:

El hotel prácticamente no cuenta con comida. Fuera del desayuno "buffet" que en realidad no es tal, ya que hay un par de cosas como fruta picada, pan, queso y jamón, pero no lo reponen todo el rato, en el último día, simplemente no repusieron más. Tienen un par de alternativas que puedes pedir a la habitación, pero es básico y comida envasada no preparada en el hotel. Cuentan con un "honesty bar", pero que es para tomar café o té y uno mismo debe anotarlo en una hoja y se carga a la habitación.
El hotel cobra por estacionamiento. Es curioso que siendo tan cara la estadía, no haya incluido el estacionamiento.
Trabajan con muy poco personal, en tres días nos pasó varias veces que simplemente no había nadie en recepción, teniendo que esperar en la calle y bajo la lluvia.
Las habitaciones son muy frías. Le comenté esto a la persona de recepción, pero al parecer no hicieron nada al respecto.
El hotel no está preparado para sillas de rueda ni para niños.

Pros:

Located in a nice street close to many art galleries, street art, etc

Cons:

Breakfast is okay, coffee not good. Maintenance on the property needs attention. Showers are over the bath, not ideal for older or mobility impaired people.

A real gem in the heart of Valparaiso- beautiful hotel with lovely gardens with fabulous views and fantastic, helpful st
Pros:

The location was great, beautiful gardens and lovely room with view over the harbour in a very safe location. The staff, particularly Gabriella and Alex, were extremely helpful with all our ‘tourist’ queries. The breakfast was delicious and also lovely people in the dining room.

Nothing at all.

Perfect for a trip to Valparaiso

Sehr nettes Hotel in einem alten Kolonialhaus im Centrum von Valparaiso. Es gibt schöne Terassen mit Blick über die Altstadt und den Hafen.
Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und
sauber, die Betten sehr gut.
Das Frühstück, als Buffett, ist reichhaltig.
Der Service ist sehr gut.
Die Gegend des Hotels ist sicher und dennoch sehr zentral. Die sehenswerten Orte von Valparaiso sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
