Cons:

The bed was too hard. My wife has a bad back. Hampton beds are usually soft enough.

Pros:

Great location and the staff including Lucus at the front desk did a fine job.

Cons:

Hated the basement room. Clients dog above us bounded around too much and too late at night. Pillows were too hard. Toilet didn't flush without holding the handle. Thermostat on the wall didn't work properly however I was able to use the controls on the unit ok. It felt more like a $80 best western motel than a Hampton Inn. I sometimes feel like online booking clients get stuck with these rooms as it happens to me way too much at all motels.

We would stay again!
Pros:

Beautiful view from our spectacular room, incredible breakfast, loved how the pool area is on the lower level - perfect shower, the staff was so kind! We had an amazing birthday retreat and will definitely stay again if we ever are in the area needing a place!

Cons:

The only thing I could think of was the jets in the hot tub weren't working....but the water was clean and hot!

Cons:

The sheets were dirty; they had stains on them(brown stains). I didn't notice til the morning when I woke up, but they had obviously not been changed from the previous tenant. Also when I went down to grab some breakfast a maid ( or someone) hadbeen in my room. I did not check out for at least another hour.

Nice motel but blindsided by pet deposit
Pros:

Nice rooms
Our first room had a loud wind noise from around the window. Desk personnel moved us to a different room without any hassle

Cons:

Didn’t know about the $75 non refundable pet deposit. Too much!
Didn’t have a grassy area for a pet either

Was a good place to stay with friendly staff. Easy access to the city and freeway.
Pros:

Breakfast was better than the norm and kudos the cook.

Cons:

Room was next to ice machine and the noise of people getting ice would waken me.

Good location, cleanliness isn’t great.
Pros:

The location was great, right off the highway.

Cons:

The bathroom was disgustingly. It had a surface level clean but no deep clean in sometime, most evident by the fan. The staff when we checked in was super kind but quickly became dismissive when we brought the issues to their attention. The checkout staff just shrugged and moved on.

Hampton on top of the Mountain!
Pros:

We loved our free cookies when entering this expansive hotel. The people at the desk were so friendly. We enjoyed free hot breakfast for three mornings, had a beautiful suite where we could work, eat, and sleep. Close to the action and near the downtown Sheridan area.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Sauber, freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung mit Fitnessraum. Laubfrosch und Pool. Das Frühstück war super 👍

Cons:

Es sind knapp 3,5 km bis ins Stadtzentrum. Hätte es nicht so doll geregnet, wären wir zu Fuß gegangen. Das Zentrum bietet ein paar Bars und Saloons, auch einige Geschäfte.

Typical 3 star hotel
Pros:

Check in was very slow. Not sure what the problem was but it seemed to take her a very long time to find the reservation and then the keys to our room. I inquired about an upgrade but she said there were non available which is odd since the website showed I could have booked a suite right then and there at the front desk. We were not recognized as honors members.
It seems the free upgrade thing that Hilton advertises is basically a scam because I have only ever received that upgrade once in probably 75 Hilton stays the past few years.
