Worst hotel experience I’ve experienced in my entire life!

Cons:

Never even got to sleep. I had to sleep in my car for the two days I had booked in July, even though I booked the hotel over three months prior. First, the front desk told me they had no reservation. Then they magically found it, even though I had the confirmation email pulled up the whole time. Then he charged me practically double the amount on my card without telling me.My two day stay was guaranteed for 221.00 and he charged me 430.00. He even kept telling me to step aside to help other customers. I called the cops and they said they could not help, it was a civil matter. I demanded proof he canceled the double charge and he acted like he couldn’t give me a proof or receipt of the charges. He was smirking almost the entire time like it was funny I was so angry at 2:30 am and wasted an hour to an hour and a half with this altercation. He wouldn’t give me his name or any supervisors name and said after he gave me a printout that didn’t fully prove the charges would be reversed, told me he was done and that he would call the cops if I didn’t leave the property. He was even over charging people in front of me and behind me, who also had proof of their reservations aswell.

Pros:

location to MET sportplex

Cons:

TV did not work more than 5 minutes at a time with limited stations, went to sports bar to watch games. Friday no breakfast by 7:30, Sat, not much better, Sunday, no coffee 7:15- Beds frames moved when you get up....... Will not use this one again. Staff friendly enough though.

Wouldn't stay there again
Pros:

Front desk was friendly.

Cons:

Found dead roaches in the room. Found brown smears in bathroom near toilet and wall. Bed was hard as a brick and pillows were very thin. Continental breakfast was bare minimum.

I will not stay again
Pros:

The breakfast was the worst ever. Frozen microwave mini sausage biscuits. Frozen waffles. Warm milk for cereal and the quantity was all in 4 of everything.

Cons:

The room had a handicap bathroom and the breakfast was terrible coffee was watered down. Everything was cheaply done

Not the nicest hotel one could pick, even in Hoover, but it was clean and a decent price.
