Great location
Pros:

It was in a perfect location. Near both 95 and 295 access and all the major shopping areas. The staff were very polite and friendly. Hotel was clean and rooms are spacious.

Cons:

My only complaint is the hot water was limited. My first shower was luke warm shower. My second was hot so I was happy. My third started to go cool by the end of it.

Of the best front desk customer service I’ve ever received. Extremely friendly and thorough and helped make our 1 night stay amazing.. the hotel was beautiful and clean and the pricing and location were just as great! We definitely already discussed a future stay and look forward to returning!

Refreshing. A safe and quiet hotel where one could relax
Pros:

We loved our room and the bed and pillows. Loved the full-size refridgerator and the pool and jacuzzi. Everything was clean to the max. The staff was so very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I loved the heat but then it would have been better that the heat shut off automatically instead of blowing cool air to maintain the thermostat setting if it got too hot.

Extremely nice room, and wonderfully friendly staff, great location
