The location
WiFi was shotty
The free breakfast was nice and the beds were comfy.
1st I had reservations for the family room for 2 months before my arrivaldate. They didn't let me know until I called the day off that they couldn't let us have the room and that it wasn't available. I feel like someone should have called prior to my day of checking in. Then the room that they gave us the TV in the living room area didn't have any sound to it. The bathroom door wouldn't shut like it should so you couldn't lock it at all.
The staff was very friendly! They were very accommodating.

Been staying there for 3 weeks now. 3 separate rooms, great rooms they just smelled bad.
This last week I actually bought a glade plug in to help with the smell.
It was decent, conveniently located for what I had going on.
Smelled of marijuana, and on the 3rd floor it smelled also of liquor and marijuana.
Location was good.
The carpet looked as it had not been vacuumed prior to our stay. We had booked several nights and maid service did not clean or replenish towels. Hand soap was empty, Kleenex was empty and tv was not working until a staff member had to come in to reprogram it. We had to request towels. We left a note requesting refills of hand soap & Kleenex and bathroom to be cleaned. A bottle of shower gel and towels were left on the desk w/o them even emptying the trash. We were awakened by a phone call made to our room at 4:30 for another room by mistake. Night manager said” shit, my bad.”
