WORST CASE OF PRICE GOUGING I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED
Pros:

The motel is situated within close proximity to the interstate, so access is excellent. The property is clean and comfortable, but really no better or no worse than similar properties. Mediocre free breakfast. Nice pool and workout area. Clean and comfortable room. Apparently, due to the Hwy 127 yard sale, this WAS THE WORST EXAMPLE OF PRICE GOUGING THAT I HAD EVER FALLEN VICTIM TO. $359.56 for one nights stay, for two adults. Never again!

Good hotel for the money
Pros:

The hotel location is great. Minutes from a Buccees's too. The staff was so kind, and very helpful. Especially the front desk lady Lisa. She helped me out with a last minute situation and was so patient with me. Breakfast was great too. Good variety.

Cons:

Our hotel room had a loud air conditioning unit that made sleeping hard. Our mattress was uncomfortable because we could feel the springs in it.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Clean and great customer service. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a large variety of food choices.

Cons:

They had plenty of chairs but they only had two lounge chairs at the pool. The pool was nice but not heated. We were very close to the main road, right off the interstate, which made it noisy at night.

Overall my stay was good! The location was perfect.
Pros:

The location was close to the event we were attending.

Cons:

The carpets were pretty stained up. Additionally the tiled floor areas in the lobby was dirty and unkept. The AC unit was very loud and made loud noises all night long.
