I truly enjoyed my stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Greenville, South Carolina! From start to finish, everything was amazing. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and all the amenities made me feel right at home. I appreciate the attention to detail and the hospitality shown throughout my stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience I’ll definitely be back!

The staff is amazing! Excellent housekeeping service from Ebony.. SHOUT OUT TO EBONY, the executive housekeeper. I have been on an extended stay, she gave me her business card and said if I NEED ANYTHING to let her know. I’m very particular about my room and she made certain everything was clean and in order! Thank you so much!

Windy was super nice and helped me get room cleaned. It was a nice atmosphere and the staff was wonderful thank you very much. The overall state was good thank you very much I will be coming back there again in the future. Very good place to stay thank you

I have been a guest for 5 months. The management and onsite team provided excellent service. I would like to commend Ebony Harper and her team for being very friendly and for providing excellent service. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting the Greenville SC area.

Excellent SERVICE, the food, breakfast, dinner wednesday. The housekeepers, Chris the management. I be here in HOMEWOOD until the end of June. So I will enjoy en South Carolina, Homewood. Very quiet place to work and rest. Thank You. 😊 👍 👌

The room was nice and a great size, but I could hear someone snoring Nextdoor and the person upstairs was walking like they had clogs on. I felt like I was sleeping with someone snoring, but I was alone with my dog. The walls in hotels should have noise insulation. I haven’t stayed at a hotel in so long though, maybe I’m spoiled. Or maybe the person wearing the clogs should be quieter. Ppl were in the hall too sometimes with speaker phone on. Rude. As if

Best location

This was my second stay here and the place is solid. Great people, clean rooms, easy parking, and the breakfast was great. The location is also ideal with shopping, dining, and easy access to the highway. I am also a big fan of Hilton's digital key.

Was very disappointed this stay. Got there at 3 to check in and no rooms was available. My fiancee had a medical procedure done and wasn't feeling well. Waited over an hour for our room because they said they were short staff and rooms wasn't ready. We weren't the only ones waiting. The toilet in the room wouldn't flush everytime we tried to flush it. Had to wait awhile and try again later. Then to top it off, someone burned up the bacon in kitchen and set fire alarm off 5 in the morning.

I loved my stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton-Greenville,SC 102 Carolina Point Parkway,Greenville,29607. Wendy, ebony, Chris, Tim and Antonio the front desk staff were great! Amazing hospitality! I really hated to leave because everyone made me feel like I was at my 2nd home
We loved room, the breakfast was amazing.. they have a little gym to meet all my workout needs. I must give a shout out to the GM Chris and AGM Mike where amazing and made sure I had everything i needed.

Ebony at the front desk was an absolute gem. She greeted me with a warm smile, ensured a smooth check-in, and was always available to assist with any questions. Her professionalism and kindness made me feel right at home.

Jeaness went above and beyond in both housekeeping and the kitchen. Not only did she keep the room spotless, but she also made sure breakfast was fresh and well-stocked. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out.

Amandina in housekeeping was also phenomenal. She ensured that my room was clean and comfortable every day, always with a cheerful attitude and a willingness to help.

It’s rare to come across a team so dedicated to making guests feel welcome and valued. These ladies are the heart of this hotel, and their hard work does not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Greenville!

1 night. Old hitel. Need renovations

Tim was amazing at the front desk! He was quick to help us when needed. As far as the building, there was a bad odor as soon as we entered the lobby. The room also smelled dirty. The condition of the room was older and in need of updates. The pull out mattress was very old and thinning. The kitchen and room carpet was old also. The staff was great, but pretty much the only thing this place has going for it.
