Renovation to be expected. Dirty and unhelpful, misleading staff were the problem.

This is was a horrible stay. The staff was unhelpful on so my levels. From check in to check out. I gave grace for the construction but the pool and hot tub were out of order the entire stay. Our sheets were threadbare and towels had holes in them from over use. The furniture was outdated. I booked a double queen room with couch but ended up with a king and foldout couch. The fold out bed in the couch was awful. My daughter slept in the chair rather than being on that. The bathroom faucet was falling off and when telling the front desk employee she asked “What do you want me to do about it.” The faucet was either leaking or the sink leaked all over the towels. We were told they did not have extra pillows for the pull out couch but were able to find two. The elevators either smelt of smoke or BO. There was no laundry as advertised and the bathrooms downstairs were not usable. Parking was a nightmare because of all the construction. We would have left if we hadn’t paid through a 3rd party. They stated when we asked if we would get a refund they said no. We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. There are plenty of better accommodations in the area.

Friendly and helpful front desk. Property was under renovation so tough to rate overall property. All previous stays the property was kept clean and nice. Good to see a facelift to the property.

This is a good and clean hotel However, the hotel was undergoing MAJOR renovations and this was very loud-including at 8am and 3am with moving furniture and stopping above us. The laundry wasn’t working and that was a HUGE issue for us as we made sure to book a pls e that had laundry. The staff did an adequate job of accommodating us to the best of their ability.

Hotel under construction. We were not told this was the case. Thankfully bed was comfortable and bathroom seemed remodeled. But the rest of the room was in disrepair. Wall paper was peeling off in room, TV in sitting area was non existent.

Recently stayed two nights while playing in a golf tournament. The hotel is being renovated so parking was limited. Elevators and hallways had remnants of drywall dust. When entering the room there were two areas that had wallpaper hanging and later discovered the toilet seat was broken and kept sliding side to side while sitting down. Also could not find the second TV remote for the TV in the sitting area. One positive was the shower had nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. Had made another reservation for July that I cancelled due to the current condition of this hotel.

This hotel is being renovated. Much needed but poorly coordinated. No consideration for guests, from construction hours (very late at night) to parking (storage trucks taking up most of convenient spots closer to entrance). The television was missing from our seating area, negating the use of the area. This should be disclosed prominently on Expedia so guests understand what they are purchasing.

This property is being remodeled and construction materials are staged throughout the facility. Front desk warned me only at check in that construction crews start daily at 8:30 am. Available rooms have deferred maintenance and pool and hot tub water is a dirty gray color. I feel for the staff who are doing their best and unsuspecting travelers like myself. Avoid this place.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Property being renovated but was clean and quiet. Rooms are nice suites. Beds and pillows are comfortable. We would have liked to have an additional blanket.

Offered continental breakfast but it was not available. Hotel under construction. Old pool, but in ok shape.

The room I stayed in definitely needs updating. Breakfast buffet was not open.

Overall good experience. The one thing that was not so great was that the elevator and hallway area were both pretty dirty for a few days and the trash was oveflowing.

Waited to check in at front desk for almost 5 minutes while housekeeper was doing something behind the desk and couldn't even greet me. After I continued standing there she finally went to the beach to get somebody who could talk to me and check me in. Went down later to get some extra pillows for kids and the person at the desk said that the 4 or 5 extra ones they keep were already given out. Cool. Window in our room (4th floor) opened just fine, no screen and lock didn't work. Good thing we're parents who don't let our kids play near open windows.
Coffee stains on lamp shade, tables/counter surfaces were sticky. Couch pull out bed was sleeping directly on springs.
All in all, very disappointed to say the least.

Lots of Remodeling! If the Construction Crews worked for me, they would have been fired!!! Very unprofessional, very poor workmanship, very evident in the dirty mess they are making not cleaning up after themselves. No dust containment, Food sales and Ice Machine are within the so-called containment Area!!!

Property was in the midst or remodel.
Should have informed guests before their arrival, giving them a chance to find another hotel.
We arrived to find no water available in the rooms. It was set to come back on before evening.
No dining, no bar, no anything. Totally unsatisfied and no offer for partial refund...NOTHING.

Piles of trash by the 4th floor elevator daily. Trash and spill in the elevator. No coffee supplies in room. Reported ALL the above to front desk. Nothing done about any of it. Room was OK otherwise.

We didn’t realize that the hotel is under construction/renovation. The rooms were worn and tired, as well as being very dark and having poor lighting. I think that is why the rates are so reasonable at this time. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom seemed to have been renovated, but everything else was sub par.
