Los empleados todos muy atentos y amables. La situación en el centro.
La habitación al dar al patio interior era un poco oscura. Hemos estado alojados otras veces y la.habitación era algo superior a la de esta ocasión, aun así todo fue fenomenal, limpio y cómodo.

The property looks good at the beginning, but when you pay attention to the property it does not look well maintained.

En nuestra habitación si quieres descansar por el día, o si vas temprano, al dar a una calle de bares, se oye bastante el ruido pero entre las doce y la una de la noche recogen y ya no se oye casi nada

The hotel is in an excellent location with fantastic facilities
My wife had an entire outfit stolen from our room by one of the maids, including lingerie - after trying to communicate with the hotel staff they refused to believe that this could of happened and that it was our fault the clothes had gone missing. We tried speaking to someone at reception every morning to see if the clothes had turned up but nothing. We asked to speak to a manager and conveniently the only day the manager could speak to us was when we were checking out.. we tried to explain that the clothes were taken out of the room as the only people to go into our room that day was us when we were getting ready in the morning to leave for a day of exploring and the maids who came in to replace bedding etc. again he refused to believe us that any of there staff would of taken the clothes.. as I explained to him clothes don’t just grow legs and take them selves out of the room do they! In the end we had to leave as we had to head to the airport, the only compensation we were offered was the few bottles of beer we had the hotel were covered which definitely did not amount the cost of my partners clothes and her dignity. This put a real dampener on our trip, we still love Almeria and the city unfortunately we won’t be returning to this hotel.
