La zona era quella che mi serviva ed il personale é molto cordiale e professionale
Struttura obsoleta. La stanza singola anche se é la scelta economica é, secondo me, al di sotto degli standard di mercato. C'é necessità di ristrutturazione, le moquette sono usurate; insomma tutto é un po' consumato altre gli standard attuali
The staff were very nice. The breakfast was wonderful. The girl managing the breakfast made the best cappuccino I ever had and was very welcoming. It was very clean and nice.

Staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming and helpful.
I stayed in 2 different rooms. First room was great. The second room there was a dripping noise coming from outside of my window from a pipe that dripped loudly all day and all night. I was really not there much during the day and wore ear plugs at night to block it out. It did not affect me to be honest, but if you are a light sleeper you may be bothered by this. Overall I was really happy with my stay, the location is fabulous and the staff are really kind.

A bit old
Kiváló az elhelyezkedése, nagyon egyszerű volt elérni busszal akár a belvárosból, akár a távolabbi pontokról ( éjszaka is). A Dóm kb. 20 percre sincs, szintén busszal is elérhető. Nagyon kényelmes az ágy, a fürdőszoba is maximálisan rendben volt, a klíma is hibátlanul működött. A személyzet barátságos és segítőkész.

I chose the hotel due to its proximity to the National Institute of Cancer Research. Otherwise the location is indifferent.
There is no particular thing that I did NOT like. Everything is average or slightly below. Actually, the only thing that I did not like is the title of the hotel which I find rather misleading. According to my understanding, the characterization of "boutique hotel" has the meaning of a small hotel but which is of special design or offers an amazing service or its location is in area of particular beauty. Dieci is none of the above.
