DISAPPOINTING
Pros:

The attentive front of house staff

Cons:

Provided with no food after requesting it, was told the kitchen didn’t open until 12pm, it was 11.30am, and was just fobbed off and offered no alternative to even get us through until 12pm, even though in the hallways there was a couple being shown around as a potential wedding venue, eating whatever, but at least something.
Took 5 days to get a reply after complaining via Whatsapp, and to be frank didn’t address the issue at all, offered 20% discount on food, laughable when we live 2+ hours away, nothing to entice me to want to return, so I won’t be.

Pros:

Beautiful place with vast grounds. A perfect place for a laidback weekend trip, a family reunion or a wedding. Elegant interiors. Big comfort rooms. Competent and friendly service. Splendid cuisine. Reasonable prices.

Cons:

If I really need to find something we didn't like, then my daughter slightly complained that the warm water in the shower was a bit slow. But it's a completely minor issue.

indrukwekkend gebouw met royale ruimte
Pros:

Really lovely property in a brilliant setting!
Pros:

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean, breakfast was brilliant and the grounds are lovely for a nice chilled start to the morning. Would recommend this stay to anyone

Cons:

Nothing really worth noting. We had a speaker in the bathroom connected to the tv, the sound control didn’t work so if you were in there you were listen to the tv audio regardless. But, this really did not make hinder anything as we have a really enjoyable stay.
