Would definitely stay here at this hotel again and would recommend to family and friends
Pros:

Great hot breakfast huge room size very clean, staff was friendly

Cons:

The water in the pool was absolutely freezing did however have plenty clean towels to dry off with getting out of the pool the area was very clean and well maintained and hours for pool were great open later than most pools at other hotels.

It was a very nice stay. We were able to have a good night rest after a long day.
Pros:

I liked the rooms, very clean and carpets don’t smell bad. Beds were comfortable. It’s a plus to have a sofa bed and extra sheets for the room.

Should have been better for a Marriottt Brand

One bed was good but the sleeper sofas were not

Cons:

The staff were untrained and coukd not figure out my total price compared to my booking.com confirmed amount. They first were telling me amounts that did not add up to my confirmed total but I figured it out for them and they were incorrect. A manager was not available. They also would not get us some milk for a 1 year old we were traveling with even though I told them we would even leave to early for the free breakfast the next morning.

Pros:

The roots were huge nice to have a separate seeding area. Breakfast was exceptional, so that time of chain restaurant. Everything was fresh, clean. Well-organized.

Cons:

The room smelled horrible. The bathroom was very dirty and the toilet barley flushed. You have to beg to get your room cleaned. If you're wanting fresh towels daily, you will need to take the old one's downstairs to get new one's. SELF SERVICE!

The most frustrating stay I have ever had.

Cons:

We had to go to the front desk every day to get fresh linens for our room. Housekeeping never came except for on the last day to get us out of the room. We also had to take our trash out. The same towel was in the lobby bathroom for our entire stay. The pool was freezing cold the first day to which no one could swim in it and it looked very dirty. Also, every time we left our room, our room key would no longer work so we had to go to the front desk every time we exited our room because we no longer had access to it. The most frustrating stay I have ever had.

I loved the room and breakfast and the indoor pool!!!!!!

Cons:

Every thing was good. I had a little trouble at check in, where they did not have in the system that my stay was already paid and they tried to charge a different price.

Best value with 3 beds, pet friendly, full bfast
Pros:

Great rate for a room with a pull-out couch and two queen beds. Breakfast was as good as any at this price point incl scrambled eggs and bacon and fresh fruit/bread/muffins etc but no waffle machine.

Cons:

Lock had trouble working. No big deal.
