It was okay for one night.
Pros:

The room was a decent price for a “very good” rated hotel. The was really nice and kind.

Cons:

The location is a little difficult to access. There’s quite a bit of homeless that linger in that area. It’s needs to renovated. My room appeared to have been a severely i need of repair but had a several “bandaid” attempts of repairs. I checked in at 4pm and my room was still not ready for me to check-in. I was asked to return in about 30 min. The breakfast was cold.

Would still definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location was great. The breakfast was actually good as well.

Cons:

The black out curtains were missing and we were facing right into the sun. So it made sleeping harder

Best breakfast they we have had and will use Springhill Suites in our coming travels.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Room layout was good TV position was questionable.

Cons:

The traffic to get to the hotel when exiting the highway was horrible. We had to make a left hand turn, do a U-turn, then struggle to make the immediate right turn to the hotel. The lights are not sequenced correctly. This was on a Saturday at 3:00 pm. We were told that this is a continued concern. We didn't experience the same situation when we returned at 10 pm that night though.

I always try to stay here when I'm traveling to this city. Price is competitive and a good value.
Pros:

location and room size.

Cons:

I wish the refrigerator was at least apartment sized, and has a freezer. Refrigerator size is ok for a short stay, but not a long stay.

I definitely recommend staying here. Lots of dining options in the area and I felt safe in the area.
Pros:

Didn't have the breakfast but everyone seemed to enjoy and it smelled good.

Cons:

Everything was great. Nice clean room and very spacious.

Would definitely stay here at this hotel again and would recommend to family and friends
Pros:

Great hot breakfast huge room size very clean, staff was friendly

Cons:

The water in the pool was absolutely freezing did however have plenty clean towels to dry off with getting out of the pool the area was very clean and well maintained and hours for pool were great open later than most pools at other hotels.

It was a very nice stay. We were able to have a good night rest after a long day.
Pros:

I liked the rooms, very clean and carpets don’t smell bad. Beds were comfortable. It’s a plus to have a sofa bed and extra sheets for the room.

Should have been better for a Marriottt Brand
Pros:

One bed was good but the sleeper sofas were not

Cons:

The staff were untrained and coukd not figure out my total price compared to my booking.com confirmed amount. They first were telling me amounts that did not add up to my confirmed total but I figured it out for them and they were incorrect. A manager was not available. They also would not get us some milk for a 1 year old we were traveling with even though I told them we would even leave to early for the free breakfast the next morning.

Pros:

The roots were huge nice to have a separate seeding area. Breakfast was exceptional, so that time of chain restaurant. Everything was fresh, clean. Well-organized.

Shopping stores nearby

Cons:

The room smelled horrible. The bathroom was very dirty and the toilet barley flushed. You have to beg to get your room cleaned. If you're wanting fresh towels daily, you will need to take the old one's downstairs to get new one's. SELF SERVICE!
