Easy, convenient, friendly
Pros:

Friendly member of staff, quick response rate and actions, hotel grounds and facilities convenient are decent, and as it would be expected for a Shanghai hotel. Made the most out of the stay, and easy to connect between shopping mall to lobby and room. Breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour, all good.

Massive building with stunning views of Shanghai neighbourhoods
Pros:

Highlights
- An impressive architectural design and high building with total 58 floors, from my room at 57th floor the view of Shanghai was amazing
- Sila from fron desk was very kind by handling my check in request of an upgrade to a grand sky view room during my first stay
- Helen as club lounge manager was able to grant me a corner double room at 57th floor upon my request despite high occupancy rate
- The happy hour offer in the club lounge was sensational with mainly local Shanghai food, delicious and good quality with huge selection
- The shopping centre and food court downstairs in the same bulletin compound offer endless options for everything
Improvement potential
- The hotel gym is quiet outdated and small for such a big hotel
- Some of the windows from outside are a bit dirty due to the complicated cleaning process

Этот отель однозначно скрасил наше путешествие. Смело берите, соотношение цены и качества просто вау👍🏼
Pros:

Понравилось размещение! Торговый центр и метро прямо под отелем. Выходишь из лифта встречает Старбакс, все в пешей доступности. Пару станций до всех достопримечательностей. Было чисто, опрятно все как надо.

Cons:

Большинство работников на ресепшене не знали английский, и в целом не были заинтересованы решать наши проблемы или просьбы. Отнекивались короткими ответами. Типо у вас есть такой-то сервис? Они такие Нет. И точка, без попытки чем-то предложить взамен. К персоналу внизу и к уборщикам вопросов нет, все было отлично.
