Pros:

Convenient as its attached to Cloud Nine mall. Food and supermarkets available.

Cons:

The bed is bad. Sunk in even when we requested to change another room. Our back hurts. Shower area smells mouldy.

A terrible experience
Pros:

The rate seemed attractive, I should have known better. The room was small and tired, and the furniture had multiple stains. A guest next door kept his door open, talking loudly and smoking, which made the experience even worse. The AC struggled to cool the room, which stayed around 27-28° and had a lingering smell of smoke.

The staff appeared as tired as the décor—there wasn’t a single smile, not even a simple “good morning” or “good evening.” The breakfast was mediocre at best.

I deeply regret choosing this hotel. For just a few extra RMB, there are much better five-star options available.

Pros:

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Shanghai, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to public transport, restaurants, and shopping areas, which makes getting around the city extremely easy.

The staff are friendly, polite, and always helpful, making the whole stay smooth and comfortable from check-in onward. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Overall, it’s a reliable, good-quality hotel that offers great value. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.
