Pros:

TODO. Un diez desde que llegué hasta que me he ido. Piscinas, habitaciones y todas las instalaciones impolutas, personal de 10, vistas maravillosas, comida exquisita. Es muy caro, pero al final es que todo eso hay que pagarlo. A la llegada te bajan el equipaje, te aparcan el coche, te llevan el equipaje a la habitación, son súper atentos y detallistas, el hotel no puede ser más bonito, es el mejor en el que he estado en toda mi vida, parece que estás en otro país, es un lujo. Hay varios restaurantes, los que yo estuve especiales, sobretodo el buffet , en el cual no faltaba DE NADA, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, que fueron los que yo utilicé. Hay 5 piscinas de las cuales una es solo de adultos y es súper tranquila.No puedo decir una palabra mala de este alojamiento, estoy encantada.

A magical, peaceful and beautifully accessible luxury escape with incredible gardens, wonderful staff and a true rainfor
Pros:

The gardens were absolutely amazing — lush, peaceful and beautifully maintained, with a real “rainforest” atmosphere. As a full-time electric wheelchair user, I was genuinely impressed by how much of the hotel I could enjoy. Our accessible room was spacious, comfortable and felt like being in the rainforest, with a Huge lovely private terrace and a very stylish wet room. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially around the main pool area, where there was a pool hoist and the team helped reserve suitable seating/loungers for us. The whole hotel had beautiful Feng Shui energy — calm, elegant and very special.

Cons:

Only a couple of the more exclusive pool areas were not accessible, which was a shame as the rest of the hotel felt so thoughtfully designed and inclusive. However, the main pool area did have a pool hoist, and the staff were very helpful in making sure I could enjoy that space comfortably.
