Hotel pełen zieleni i azjatyckiej atmosfery. Rozległy z wieloma basenami, restauracjami i przestrzenią dla każdego. Wygodne i przestronne pokoje. Obsługa niezwykle uprzejma i uważna na Twoje potrzeby. Thai SPA doskonale i bardzo profesjonalnie.

Cons:

To nie minus lecz uwaga - byliśmy tuż przed zamknięciem hotelu na przerwę serwisową. Kilka udogodnień nie było dostępnych- część barów i restauracji było zamkniętych a podgrzewane baseny były niedostępne. Szkoda że nie było takiej informacji gdy robiliśmy rezerwację.

Pros:

El jardín es espectacular y las instalaciones muy bonitas también. El servicio un 10, todo el mundo súper amable y el spa también nos ha encantado. Nos ha gustado que hemos ido en temporada baja y no había mucha gente. No sé si lo disfrutaría igual en temporada alta. Había dos piscinas climatizadas y estufas en las hamacas

Cons:

Faltaría que la TV de la habitación fuera inteligente para ver TV en streaming. Hay una lucecita nocturna que no pudimos apagar y nos molesto un pelín para dormir

Nos engañaron en la cena nos debían de poner una tarta de cumpleaños que fue por lo que fuimos, quedaron en llamarnos para ver cómo se solucionaba es decir quitarnos del medio nadie volvió a contactar como prometieron.

Pros:

El entorno natural del hotel es espectacular, con jardines extraordinariamente bien cuidados. La habitación y el baño de buen tamaño y con todo tipo de extras, como cafetera, hervidor de agua o agua de cortesía. El desayuno es excelente, en variedad y cantidad. Pero lo mejor de todo el personal, atento a todas las necesidades del cliente

Cons:

Al haber estado en invierno, la diferencia notable de temperatura entre las distintas zonas del hotel (había espacios muy cálidos y otros muy fríos)
