La habitación era perfecta.
Las instalaciones con las piscinas, espectacular
Bufet, buenísimo
Lo que no me es que el gimnasio es muy pequeño y escaso.
Además, que te obliguen a hacer dos noches, por el precio, me parece excesivo.
Tampoco me pareció bien que tengas que pagar parking ya que no hay opción de poder aparcar.

The overall of the structure was delightful. The pools, gardens all were good.
I travel a-lot to define the 5 star service, and honestly what I received wasn't one.
Some of the staff that i interacted weren't polite nor helpful, on a high season with a full load hotel was almost impossible to find space to chill and relax in the pool area.
The breakfast was very basic and nothing special for a 5 stars hotel.
La recepción, desde que llegamos, nos sentimos bien atendidos, nos explicaron todo perfectamente, nos ayudaron con cualquier duda y nos facilitaron todo. La limpieza de la habitación y de las instalaciones, todo el personal sin excepción, la educación...... todo increíble!!
Si tengo que decir algo que no me gustó, quizá no sea tal, simplemente, el arroz con cigalas, carabineros y rape del restaurante La Palapa, noté que le faltaba un mejor fondo (y estamos en tierra de arroces). Y este sería el único "pero".

La incomodidad para encontrar una hamaca disponible. Es increíble que a primera hora haya cola para coger una tumbona y la gente deje las toallas y desaparezca hace que desde primera hora estemos estresados buscando una tumbona libre
