personeel vriendelijk, zwembad en omgeving zeer mooi aangelegd ontbijt veel keus

Cons:

doordat het rustig was waren er te weinig restaurants open op het park. ontbijt was veel te massaal hadden adult deden ze na het weekend dicht. hadden ze beter open kunnen laten. te veel vliegen bij het zwembad wat mij stoorde.

Die Anlage sehr schön, traumhafter Garten. Sehr bedauerlich der Service an der Rezeption und Im Restaurant.

Die Anlage, die Pools und der traumhafte Garten sind wunderschön.

Cons:

Leider war ich vom Service enttäuscht. Bereits bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption hätten wir uns einen freundlicheren Empfang gewünscht. Auch der Service im Restaurant Palapa ließ leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir mussten lange warten, bis wir bedient wurden. Anschließend standen unsere leeren Teller übere längere Zeit auf dem Tisch , ohne dass sie abgeräumt wurden. Erst als ich schließlich um die Rechnung bat, wurde deutlich, dass der Service nicht aufmerksam genug war - unsere schmutzigen Teller standen zu diesem Zeitpunkt immer noch auf dem Tisch.

Todo bien excepto la cucaracha en el baño

Cons:

En plena noche tuve que matar una cucaracha en el baño de mi habitación y, pocas horas después, me encontré con que numerosas hormigas habían acudido a llevársela.
Se trata de una experiencia muy desagradable que me sorprendió especialmente al tratarse de un hotel de cinco estrellas como Asia Gardens, donde uno espera encontrar unos niveles de limpieza, higiene y mantenimiento acordes con la categoría del establecimiento.

Es un remanso de paz, está muy cuidado y la naturaleza un diez

El desayuno, mucha bollería y pan. A nivel proteína para pedir un huevo poche o un aguacate hay que solicitarlo, no tienen ni tomates para un desayuno hay que solicitar todo, en otros Barcelo los desayunos por el mismo precio son mejores
