Excellent stay, service and property
Cons:

Signage to tell clients directions. Compared to asian fusion resturant which was excellent . Mediterenean lunch very overpriced

Cons:

Very slow communication, noisy room (haven't slept an eye, since it was located on the roomservice route and the carts make a crazy noise). Tried to speak with management and every time it was promised to be contacted, but even upon checkout it wasn't possible. Very sad for a huge property like this that management and even a duty manager seems to hide into their offices.

5 star hotel.
Pros:

Every interaction with your staff highlighted a remarkable  level of professionalism,  attentiveness, and hospitality in particular I would like to recognise the front desk team who facilitated a trouble free check in, and out and went to great lengths to explain the layout and facilities of the hotel, the staff at the Koh Samui and the Lombocci restaurants exceptional service to accompany exquisite food. Also a big thank you to the maid who left our rooms sparkling, and arranged for an item of left clothing to be returned, the young lady at breakfast who recommended and prepared delicious omelettes for me.


Please pass along my gratitude to the team. It is because of dedicated individuals like them that Asia Gardens maintains such an excellent reputation.

My family and I look forward to returning in the future. 

Cons:

It would be greatly beneficial to have a handrail to assist senior citizens and or those with movement difficulties exiting and entering the pools.

Espectacular
Pros:

Está a sido la segunda vez que nos hemos alojado y sólo tengo buenas palabras, lo recomiendo en su totalidad, si quieres descansar y desconectar del estrés del día a día es perfecto, en general es un hotel excelente, me sentí super agusto, los camareros son super atentos sobre todo Adrián siempre estaba atento a que no nos faltara nada y se lo agradezco mucho.
También hay un cocinero en vivo llamado Giacomo que para mí gusto es excelente, si no tiene mucho trabajo te explica algun truco de cocina, eso si si tú le das conversación.
