The best hotel !
Pros:

I really liked the welcome I received, warm and very friendly, adorable Asian style background music in the reception and almost throughout the hotel, this hotel is a 10 stars .
The room was extraordinarily beautiful, dreamlike !

Cons:

The only inconvenience is that I would have liked a view from the balcony by the water, but it's nothing serious, next time it will definitely be.

Las piscinas son preciosas y el lugar es idílico. La habitación era amplia y cómoda y el desayuno estuvo de 10

El hotel en si, las instalaciones, el entorno con la vegetación y las piscinas. Es un entorno muy bonito y tranquilo.

Cons:

Es la segunda vez que voy y de nuevo, hormigas en la habitación. Nos hemos despertado con un reguero en la cama. La primera vez también. Claramente tienen un problema con eso y no hacen nada... y no es un hotel barato para permitirse eso. Adicionalmente, cobrar 2€ por cambiar la toalla de pisicina cuando esta mojada o cobrar por el parking, teniendo en cuenta el precio que ya tienen en fin de semana y el tipo de hotel que es me parece un poco engaño.

La tranquilidad y amabilidad del personal , están dispuestos todo el tiempo a ayudarte para hacer la estancia mejor si es posible

Por decir algo , la última tarde coincidimos con un grupo de empresa y en las piscinas rompían un poco esa tranquilidad, creo que este hotel es más para parejas,

Hôtel très spacieux , super calme, silencieux et très reposant !!.. de nombreuses piscines et repérer les piscines à eau chaude pour les périodes fraîches…!.. très bon petit déjeuner !!.. un personnel calme , très agréable , discret , reposant et calme !.. j’y retournerai !.. 😍😍😍
