Incredible Group Event
Pros:

We used the Garden Inn for a group event. The staff was incredible! Donna, Alysa, and Sandra, you ladies made our visit to Alabama a pleasure. They went out of their way to accommodate every guests needs. Thank you! Facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was warm and plentiful.

POOL WAS CLOSED!!!! NO WHERE ON MY BOOKING DID IT INCLUDE THAT; I had VERY UPSET CHILDREN wanting to swim. And breakfast wasn’t included; for $220 a night you should at least get an included 1 plate of eggs

Unfortunately, the beds were terrible. My back is still aching. The shower pressure is also horrible and the adjustment for the shower is so high, I couldn’t reach it to make any attempt at changing it.

It was a great place to stay! Would stay there again!

It was just far enough off the main road to keep the traffic noise away. All the staff we encountered were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great.

We checked out at 8:30 AM. This was our 48th marriage anniversary. The accommodation was below expec

We did not eat breakfast at the facility.

Cons:

Was not a wow... The facility need a remodel. Their computer system was down
& desk attendant took us to our room & opened the door. We were informed that a key would be delivered to us when the computer is up. Almost 2 hours later an emergency key was brought to our room.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was great for us and it was quiet. I would stay there again.
Pros:

The size of the room was spacious.

Cons:

The bathroom did not have any ventilation so it fogged up pretty bad during showers and felt damp well after showering.
