Cons:

Hotel was not clean. From entering at the front door and throughout. There was dirt throughout the hall for the entire weekend as well as the vacuum. The vacuum set by the elevator on the second floor the entire weekend, unused. Additional, I had to kill multiple spiders in my room. This was very disappointing and unexpected.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

We stayed in a suite, that was very well laid out and spotless.
The desk staff was very friendly and professional, and the kids had fun in the pool.

Great hotel. Just needs a couple of tweaks to be perfect.
Pros:

Spacious. Modern. Well, thought-out room design . My room request was granted! Great bed and pillows.

Cons:

Heat fan ran constant even though the thermostat said "auto". Toilet was too low. Comfort height would be better. Texture of breakfast "scrambled eggs" was very artficial or pre-processed.
