It was fine but wouldn’t stay again, because I did not get a good nights sleep here. We had to AC to cool the room down
Pros:

Fairly modern, good location.

Cons:

Not the best layout/design (no outlets near one of the nightstands?) the Air conditioner sounded insane and kept us up all night.

Exceptional
Pros:

We return to this hotel everytime we go to Midland MI. Its clean, remodeled. Elevators work fine. Breakfast is not a lot and they do not do waffles every day., but its adequate to start your day. The satff members were always professional and helpful. Parking is great, nice and close. Shower was fantastic, just like our home is. Lots of hot water instantly.

Cons:

NOT having waffles every day!
