Everything was smooth. I would definitely suggest replacing the cabinets if they have dry rot doesn’t look very appealin

Great breakfast!
Pros:

The breakfast was top-notch! Better than most hotels. Having omelets, a variety of toppings for waffles (choc chips, whipped cream, fruit compote, etc.), maple bacon sausage (instead of the boring sausage patty), and many other choices made this the highlight.

Cons:

There was no door on the women's bathroom in the lobby area. Also, there was no ice machine on my floor (2) so we had to go to a different floor for ice. Price of hotel was a lot for a summer weekend with no MU game and kids were not moving in yet.

Convenient location for Mizzou campus, but has some cleanliness issues.
Pros:

The location is very convenient for doing anything involved with the University and downtown is an easy walk.

Cons:

The place was dingy and dirty. The sheets did not look clean. Honestly the whole place just looked unkept.

Little expensive for what it was.
Pros:

Had a good breakfast and it was close to the medical clinics we wanted to go to.

Cons:

The bed was very hard and had an indent in the center. The next door person had the tv very loud all night and the walls were thin enough to hear it.
