Nothing
It was outdated. The pool was freezing cold & very dirty.
Location
It was 30 degrees when we arrived, no heat on in the room took over 2 hours to warm up. TV was not working , and breakfast was under cooked
The pool front rooms /breakfast and everything was at our fingertips.
Nothing.
bed was nice
breakfast wasn't the greatest
Just a few minutes away from downtown Gettysburg, this was the perfect hotel for my family. The hospitality from the staff at this hotel was wonderful! They made my family feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is perfect for families. The pool area and arcade room catered to all guests.
Wasn't a refrigerator in room
Beds were very comfortable. Rooms are a good size and clean. Pool was fun to relax in after a hot day. Breakfast was good. Could probably use one more waffle machine. Nice staff. Maids asked if we need anything as we were passing through. Plenty of lounging space around the pool which is nice.
I don't like to say I didn't like any thing. If i have to critique something, I would just say that the carpets around the pool area need a good cleaning and the glass with all the little's fingerprints could be cleaned more often. Better landscaping at entry way would look more inviting for a hotel. Otherwise great!
Location
Old , awful food at the hotel , pool flooded , no staff on duty
There was ice.
If you want a secure hotel, this is not your place. the doors from outside to inside were never locked. The front desk staff at the Eisenhower was non-existent. Never saw anyone there. we had to check in and check out at the Aspire next door.
Our room with a balcony was looking out over the structurally questionable indoor pool area.
It looked like the tank of the toilet had been cracked. instead of replacing it they patched it with some schmere.
There was a weird smell in the hallway, and the carpet there was poorly installed.
We would not stay here again.
The breakfast was good.
The desk clerk told me that they were short staffed but I needed extra hangers those were in the room when we returned that evening.
We were still sleeping when housekeeping knocked but we were able to get fresh towels. But I don't think anyone came in to clean. It was difficult to communicate w her as she spoke no English.
That part of the hotel was a little shabby but clean. I really appreciated the guest laundry. Thanks Cheri R
