Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, happy it was from 0700-1000 and the guy in there seemed to be pretty quick to bring in trays of food when things ran low.

Cons:

Could hardly understand the gentleman who checked us in Friday, had to ask him to repeat himself a couple times. I didn't notice until before checking out Sunday, but the sheets in my room had blood stains on them. That's gross, so maybe yall should *actually* wash your sheets, not whatever bullshit normally flies in the hotel industry. Also, the "unused" roll of toilet paper left on the top of the toilet, when taken out of it's green paper wrapping, had brown/dark red spots in the roll. Immediately made me think of someone cleaning their needles in the toilet paper roll by pushing their dirty, used needle in the roll. The specs didn't get there on their own. Its sad that this is a genuine issue one has to deal with when using toilet paper in or from a public place, won't ever forget it. Felt disgusted after noticing, raised the alarm to the other folks I stayed the weekend with there and left.

Pros:

Our poolside room was amazing and we love the staff. They were very accommodating, especially the front desk person Cathy she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was very clean.

Cons:

During or stay, there was a soccer tournament and the people that were staying at the hotel with their kids that were part of the soccer tournament were awful. They kept banging on our door till late at night and ran through the hall, screaming . The staff tried to take care of things, but these people were totally out of control. I thank the staff very much for trying very hard to. take care of the situation.

Once we were in the newer hotel, we were very happy.
Pros:

We liked the newer hotel, Aspire. The older hotel did not feel comfortable but once we changed rooms, we were very comfortable.

Cons:

Our first room was in the older building. The AC unit quit working so they gave us a room in the newer Aspire hotel. The back door to the older hotel did not lock which made us concerned as well. The walls seemed thin and you could hear everything. We did not feel the same once we moved to the newer hotel.

Mooie ruim kamers in fatsoenlijk hotel
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers! Lekker bed en genoeg kussens. Meer dan genoeg parkeerplekken en een prima ontbijtje mooi dat die erbij zit zegmaar. Verder vriendelijk personeel en de gemiddelde klant is wel bejaard.

Cons:

De airco is vrij luid. Er zijn ook heeel veel vliegen op de parkeerplaats aanwezig. Het inchecken en ontbijt is soms op de andere locatie, dit zit aan de Eisenhower vast. Mijn kamer was ook in die locatie.

Aspire good…. Eisenhower appears not so much.
Pros:

Was upgraded free to the sister property aspire, which was pleasant, so unfortunately cannot comment on the Eisenhower‘s rooms…aspire was very comfortable

Cons:

No ventilation in hallways, stagnant air, long walk to the pool in the Eisenhower,staff was not rude but not particularly professional.
