Hôtel calme, propre très bien situé. Personnel très aimable. Magnifique piscine sur le toit avec un petit bar. Chambre simple mais très confortable.
Il manque quelques parasols sur la terrasse inférieure de la piscine ainsi qu'une petite musique de fond mais c'est juste un petit détail.

The chairs near the pool werre incredibly uncomfortable so inevitably I didn't spend any time there. Although it was one of the reasons I booked it.
I didn't like the chairs near the pool, intensely uncomfortable.
The aircon was very fierce, the controls didn't allow any control, so you were sleeping under blankets and any exposed flesh would be freezing when you woke up. If you turned it off then it was sweltering. It needs more control.
There should be a free shuttle bus to the airport. I booked a taxi and was told it was ¢30 but the taxi driver charged me more. Very annoying.
Swimming Pool. Gute Lage zu Palacio de las Duenas und Casa Pilatos. Ein Parkplatz für uns wurde noch gefunden, obwohl unsere Reservierung wohl zunächst nicht richtig hinterlegt war.
Zimmer hellhörig.

Lovely pool - go up when it opens at 10am for a quieter swim and to get a deck chair otherwise its busy any other time.
Not the cleanest room, a lot of visible stains that can be easily rectified made the room and bathroom look unkempt

Chegamos bastante cedo no dia do check in (9h30) apesar do check in ser só apartir das 14h, após verificarem que o nosso quarto já estava preparado deixaram fazer o check in com antecedência (logo as 9h30), achei essa atitude bastante atenciosa pois estávamos carregado com mochilas da viagem.

Недостаточно охлаждал кондиционер, правда днём жара была до 38 градусов
