La habitación antigua, pero bueno, aceptable. El baño mal, se salía el agua de la ducha, incómodo de acceder a ella, la goma de la mampara apulgarada. También se salía el agua del bidet. No había ni una estantería, taburete o algo donde poder poner la bolsa de aseo, teniéndola que dejar en el suelo. En resumen, una habitación con lavado de cara. Yo la pillé a un precio aceptable, pero no pagaría más por esa habitación. El resto no sé si estarán igual. Trató del personal bien.

La ubicación del Hotel estaba cerca de todo!

Cons:

Me alojé recientemente en este hotel y mi experiencia no fue satisfactoria. En primer lugar, la limpieza de la habitación no estaba a la altura de lo esperado, lo cual resultó bastante decepcionante.

Además, durante mi estancia hubo mucho ruido, lo que dificultó mi descanso. Considero que este es un aspecto fundamental que el hotel debería controlar mejor.

Por otro lado, tuve un problema con el servicio de limpieza: retiraron mi toalla y, cuando acudí a recepción para preguntar por ella, no supieron darme una solución ni localizarla. Esta falta de respuesta fue especialmente frustrante.

En general, mi estancia no cumplió con las expectativas y espero que puedan mejorar estos aspectos en el futuro.

Cons:

My room was out the front on the main road there was a lot of noise early in the morning from the workers emptying bins etc which wasn’t good , if I was to return I would request a room out the back with a balcony over looking the pool

Bien, cómodo, pero podría mejorar mucho con poco.
Pros:

Si, la habitación era espaciosa pero no tenía mesa ni silla dentro .
Al baño le faltan colgadores de toalla y sitio para apoyar neceser y esas cosas.

Cons:

La nevera no funcionaba, la arreglaron en cuanto lo dijimos y le faltaba alguna silla y mesa de arrimo.
No tenía para apoyar la maleta y no había nada de cortesía, ni agua.

Disaster and disappointing from start to finish

The only good thing about this hotel was the location

The bed was soo uncomfortable, the view from my window was two walls around 3 foot away from the window. The paint of the bottom of the bath was peeling off, the shower screen was pointless as the full room gor drenched.
