Un finde para descansar!
Pros:

Muy lindo el Sauna, la piscina también. El Hotel en sí se siente de muy buena calidad al igual que el personal. Además el desayuno estuvo excelente.

Cons:

Las paredes no son muy gruesas por lo que fácilmente se oye el ruido (hasta ronquido) del vecino. La primera noche (viernes) estuvo difícil de dormir tranquila.

Das Haus und somit auch die Zimmer sind massiv in die Jahre gekommen. Erstes gebuchtes Zimmer voller Defekte, dank der extrem netten Mitarbeiterin am Anreisetag ein Upgrade bekommen. Dies war in Ordnung. Leider hat eine Mitarbeiterin des Spätdienstes mit ihrer arroganten und absolut kundenunfreundlichen Art der Kommunikation alles positive in den Schatten gestellt! Das man mit der Art in einem solchen Haus am Empfang arbeitet ist „überraschend“. Hier „Dank“ an Frau M.

Frühstück top, Zimmer flopp.
Pros:

Das Frühstück (mit schönen Blick auf den See) war sehr schön!

Cons:

Das Badezimmer, insbesondere die Dusche.
Morgens ging unter der Dusche nur Kaltwasser (auch nach 5 Min. warten), sorry das geht gar nicht!!
Dazu der Dusch-Abfluss völlig verrostet (eklig) und ohne Sieb (man schaut direkt ins Abwasserrohr).
Insgesamt sind die Zimmer dort (zumindest meine Etage) alle sehr veraltet (geschätzt aus den 70er Jahren), da wurde seit Ewigkeiten nichts modernisiert und erneuert. Auch die Duscharmatur ist nur ein einfacher Hebelmischer, völlig aus der Zeit.
Beim check out wurde auch nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war, obige Hinweise mussten von mir vorgetragen werden.
Das Personal überall aber sehr freundlich.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Dazu das tolle Himmelbett. Super schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und lecker. Und die Damen vom Empfang sehr sympathisch. Alles absolut empfehlenswert.

Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer war wirklich toll.Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend!!!!

Cons:

Das Zimmer insgesamt war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmerfenster ließ sich nicht schließen. Die Toilette war nicht sauber, wurde aber auf unsere Bitte hin,umgehend gereinigt. Das Frühstück für 20€ war okay aber für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Wir waren schon mehrmals dort und werden auch gerne wieder kommen.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf Modernisierung, jedenfalls in den Seitenflügeln.
