Pros:

When we checked in on our own pre-tour, Adell was very kind and gracious. He explained everything well and guided us with food options.
We had to recheck in the next day with the tour pkg and he even remembered our name/room so we didn’t have to switch rooms.

Pros:

The staff wasn’t nice, especially when we requested another room because the one they gave us smelled like cigarettes. It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to respond. We finally decided to go down and ask the receptionist, and only then did she decide to change our room.

Have stayed a number of time at FP. Had booked an extra night as I was arriving early morning and needed my room as soon as I got there but wasn’t available which was particularly annoying. Appreciate the upgrade when eventually sorted but shouldn’t have happened.

I also had issues where I got back from meetings at 3:30pm to find my room not made up. I needed to rest due a bad night and put the DND light on and was then woken up by the cleaner calling the room telephone to see if I wanted the room cleaned! I when it was done eventually cleaned, he left me with only one bath towel and no replacement hand towel. I called and asked for an additional towel which never arrived.

So in summary, great hotel but service needs improving

Had a very pleasant experience the property itself is fantastic, with great amenities and beautiful views. I really appreciated that the rooms come with balconies it made the stay feel extra special. While the pool could be a bit larger or higher, this didn’t bother me much as I rarely or never use it. The standout aspect of my stay was the staff; everyone, from the lobby team to other employees, was courteous, professional, and attentive. Another highlight is the location it’s close to many attractions and other great places to explore, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Pleasant as ever

The hotel staff is as pleasant as ever - however one of the Four Points’ jewels, the 43 Floor bar is currently closed for refurbishment. What a pity - I had been looking forward to marvel at Burj Khalifa at sunset . . .

great situation, but missed opportunities
Pros:

Very good situation, between Burj Khalifa and the museum of Future, on the main road in the center of the action. The roof top wasn'T open, so no pictures from the top, and no pool possible.
