Medical emergency, but no help from front desk

We arrived around 8:00 pm and settled in. My husband woke up at 4:30 am with a medical emergency. We decided we needed to leave. I went down to find a luggage cart, but there weren't any. I stopped by the front desk to find help, incase we needed an ambulance, but no one answered my plea for help. I checked each floor and hallway without finding a luggage cart. I started bringing our luggage down to the car, each time stopping by the front desk and looking in other areas. After 3 trips down to the car (I had recent hand surgery and couldn't carry much weight
. As we were pulling out I saw an older lady at the side door - possible front desk person on a smoke break???? We did make it to a hospital, where my husband remains with congestive heart failure.

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The property is pretty cheap and in a good location for walking to grab something to eat. The woman we dealt with when signing in was very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back again!

Cons:

I don’t have any complaints really. Maybe more towels in the room.

Very disappointing.
Pros:

Prime Location. Near restaurants.

Cons:

The room had an unpleasant old smell, and everything inside appeared worn and outdated. The shower nozzle did not work. It gave the impression that the room had not been updated or properly refreshed in quite some time.
