Pros:

Amazing views quiet location

Cons:

There was a mix up of rooms I had booked 2 junior suits as on my booking .com when we got there the rooms had been given to other guests so it ment we had to have standard rooms which was not what I booked and paid for!!…. The cost of the suits were nearly €90 more so a couple of beers to make up for it is not except able!…plus the host himself was a little familiar with the guests telling them when they could order drinks and getting quite cross needless to say will not be recommending this BB

La zona tranquilla con la piscina , la stanza molto bella con con un bel balcone affaccio sulla piscina.
Un ricca colazione.

Cons:

Al momento c'è un grosso scavo che posa il gas proveniente da Piombino a Livorno accanto alla piscina che è abbastanza rumoroso durante il giorno.

You really are out in the sticks ,pleasant enough stay, would i stay again… no! Need to be more central

Food ok, don’t expect full English

Cons:

No bar after 7
No snacks or anything to buy
Room mix up but took no accountability their fault
You need a car!!

Charme de la Toscane
Pros:

Chambre belle et confortable dans une jolie maison aménagée avec goût et attention. Le site etait bien calme, les vues typiques et superbes . Logement tres bien situé pour se reposer dans le cadre d'un trajet , mais sûrement aussi pour la visite de la belle campagne Toscane. Accueil bien orchestré .

Consigliatissimo, non perdetevi questa chicca
Pros:

Hotel bucolico tra le colline toscane, vista mozzafiato silenziosa rilassante. Il proprietario attento e molto simpatico ci ha aiutato ed è stato molto premuroso in tutto. Colazione servita direttamente al tavolo fatta in casa con bevanda (caffè cappuccino ecc) a scelta
