Pros:

Otelin üst kattan manzarası güzel. Havuz ufak ama kullanışlı. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.

Cons:

Açık büfe kahvaltı seçeneği azdı ama isteğe uygun omlet yapıyorlardı. Konakladığım odadaki klima yeterince iyi soğutamıyordu. Çay kahve içmek için su ısıtıcısı kettle çalışmıyordu.

Kesinlikle kalınacak bir otel değil hatta otel bile değil üç gün kaldık ailecek rezil olduk temizlik yok yemek yok kahvaltı saçma sapan eskimiş bayatlamış şeylerden başka bir şey yok onun dışında otelde her şey paralı su içtiğin suya kadar. Üç gün kaldık üç gün içerisinde odamızın kapısını bile açmadılar buzdolabı küçük bir şey vardı içinde tek bir bardak su bile yoktu lobiden istediğimiz de biraz sonra gönderilecek dedi gönderilmedi odadaki telefon kesinlikle bozuk gidin görün isterseniz. Odada bir yatak var diğer yataklar kanepedir kanepeyi açıp öyle yatıyorsun konfor diye bir şey kesinlikle yok sadece paranıza yazık ediyorsunuz ben işin içinden kaldığım için çıkamadım. Son gün paramı bile geri istedim otelden çıkmak için öyle bir otel kesinlikle rezil tavsiye etmiyorum gitmeyin

Helt greit hotell midt i sentrum av Icmeler. Noe forskjellig standar på rommene og oppleves som slitt. Pluss for rene håndklær hver dag, men vaskingen var særdeles dårlig.

Odalar güzel dizayn edilmiş, kullanışlı ve temizdi. Denize, plaja yürüme mesafesinde olması benim için büyük avantajdı.

Great bar, shame about the hotel
Pros:

The bar

Cons:

Allocated a box room but moved quickly. Happy with size but on inspection it was filthy. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves but as we didn’t have industrial bleach and grout, nothing else we could do. The shower was slippery and dangerous. Another couple upgraded but charged £150.

Pleasant, basic stay in good area. Good value for money.
Pros:

Good access to beach and shopping. Bar staff at attached Garden Bar were very friendly. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Pool closed very early. Coffee in room was not replenished. Double bed was not a double and was in fact two single beds - not great for a couple.

Pros:

Wide selection of fresh food, including selection of omelette.
Bar menu was good.
Walk in steps to large warm pool.

Cons:

Not keen on the coffee.
Proper English tea instead of Lipton's yellow label would have been perfect.
Wifi was poor, not always available in reception. No chance outside of there.

Pros:

The staff are amazingly friendly. The owner and his wife were so welcoming and went out of their way and made sure I had everything I required. I didn't use the pool, but it was spotless, with stepped access.

Cons:

I was on my own. So put in a small room, which was ok but needed refurbishment. I was shown some of the larger, refurbished rooms which were excellent.

Gem of a location.
Pros:

Friendly staff throughout, especially those in the bar area. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops.
Good size rooms and facilities.
Already considering a return.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was ideal for our stay.

Pros:

The location was fabulous.
The omelette at breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

We purchased two nights in the family suite but was given the standard room without explanation. It wasn’t until we got up there and realised. Went back down to be told there’s no rooms to move us to, even though I already paid for the family suite. The standard rooms are cheaper but no refund. Wouldn’t return there, desperately needs updating.
