Great customer service!
I stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago and it has maintained itself after all this time.
Friendly staff, nice selection for free breakfast, decent sized and clean room, a business center which I used to print something, and free freshly baked cookies in the late afternoon/evening.
It's a nice place to stay for visiting the Kennedy Space Center Visitor's Complex
Check in was easy and smooth. Staff was nice and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

everything was great, very clean. very convenient for a night before a cruise, perfect location.
Property was clean. Close to dining and activities including children's and state museum. Parking easy.
Even though daily housekeeping is listed for the property, it doesn’t happen. Our mounted conditioner bottle was empty so I left a note for the housekeeper. When we returned to our room, our room hadn’t been touched. There was a card in the bathroom that stated if you wanted fresh towels to put your used bath towels on the floor. Those were still there and not replaced. Trash cans were also full and not emptied. I inquired with the front desk to get conditioner and fresh towels and was told housekeeping services only happen after check out. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and it wasn’t like that before so I’m not sure what changed or if they were short staffed. We came back to this hotel because we had a great experience the first visit.
Nice, clean and comfortable hotel with a good service. Room is spacious, bed is ver comfy with nice size of pillow (the one that you can put your head without straining it because its too firm and bulky!). Breakfast is basic but serve its purpose. It could do with reducing plastics being used. No teas served in room just coffee. Swimming pool located outside, basic but ok.The receptionist was very helpful.. we like his welcoming smile and helpful proffessional attitude.He is a star for hospitality industry in US.
We really enjoyed this properties proximity to so many places you enjoyed cookies on our arrival and a nice breakfast in the morning.

I had a great stay at the Fairfield , everyone was really helpful , the hotel was clean and colorful..... The only thing that bothered me is that our room wasn't clean every day? I was told that since covid , they only clean the rooms every three days ..... I don't go on vacation to do my own bed , but I did have a great time ☺️
