I'd stay there again if my plane was arriving very late. I'll never have breakfast there again.
Pros:

I liked being able to get up and serve myself as much coffee as I wanted.

Cons:

The breakfast was formulaic. Bacon, eggs, toast. Skimpy. Eggs not real eggs. Overpriced!

Another blanket in the room is a must as the thin sheets and blanket is not enough

Great staff, very friendly housekeepers, and great location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

If cook would have worn plastic gloves when cooking food. He keep touching food when preparing each plate. My wife did not want me to address the cook. Did not eat no more breakfasts during my stay.

Pros:

The staff was exceptional!!! Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel. They allow up to two dogs per room which I appreciate. The free breakfast was exceptional and they even helped prepare a vegan meal with some creativity
