Needs to be updated and fix issues within facility.

Location was great!

Cons:

Hidden fees for parking on the property. $10/night.
Bubbles in hot tub didn’t work.
Grout missing along tile in shower with lots of mold growth.
Automatic drapes did not work so we had to hang them up with pins.

Need more time
Pros:

Loved the location. We were close to my event and still much more to do around the location. Enjoyed the shopping and comedy show across from the hotel which we could walk to.

Cons:

Was not happy with stuff when checking in and was disappointed that the whirlpool was not working correctly.

Could’ve been more comfortable.
Pros:

Location, and things to do in the area. Cleanliness was okay.

Cons:

Service could have been better overall. The conditioner and body wash bottles were completely empty when we arrived. We called multiple times requesting extra towels, pillows, and tissues, but the towels and tissues never came. The pillows only arrived after our final call. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows were not great and made it harder to fully enjoy the stay.

I thought the breakfast was excellent the only thing I would suggest is that the bacon is cooked a little bit more crispier but other than that everything was great

Location was good.

Cons:

We’re both in our 70’s. Bathroom toilet would have better if it were higher(ADA height). Bath sink would not drain properly. No instructions whatsoever about local events, restaurants, things to do. The bar and restaurant were a joke. I’m use to being able to view restaurant menus on the hotel website . No room service for food. My wife was feeling ill and hoped for room service and was told she had to leave her room and go downstairs to view the menu.
