The reception staff were really polite and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed comfortable. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice. The restaurant is reasonably priced for evening meals but the service is mediocre. The hotel lacks a proper bar, a glaring omission. There is a bus stop (Dorna) directly outside the hotel with a frequent service to Constanza. (Recommend weekly ticket).

We spent 3 nights here. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was adequate. Good connections to the old town. I don't recommend the city tour after dark, it took almost 2 hours, we toured the wonderful harbor areas, which we couldn't get any idea of, at least not in the dark, it was a bit of a strange trip.

You cannot adjust the room temperature!!! The thermostat is locked and you need to call Reception every time you want to make cooler or warmer or even to turn it off. I have never, ever found this in a hotel.

SPA is tiny and i ly open from 14:00 till 21:00. However the sauna is pretty cold.

TV is not working properly, only a few channels are visible.

Breakfast is a (sorrow) joke.

Far away from the city and any kind of activity.

All in all a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

The checkin was relatively old fashioned, I had to give quite a lot of personal data, which I did not like. The beds were very hard and unconfortable, the window blinds let all the light in, it was noisy outside and extremely hot in the rooms.
The breakfast was ok, had an ok selection but at the standard of a 2-3 star hotel.
There was no free water bottle offered in the room, so I had to purchase one from the mini-bar. At check out they wanted to have double the price written on the price list in the room, and the lady did not believe me that the price was different. I had to wait until they went to the room to read the price, and she did not even apologize for the waiting and for such behavior of trying to charge more!
The sauna area is ok, but way too cold. The pool is very nice and recommended.

The property was excellent, one minor thing the ACU did not have enough power to compensate with the outside high temperatures.

This is a great hotel and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and everything was modern. We had a room (305) which was lake facing and really quite and peaceful. The balcony was great and go the sunset in the evening. The spa was great with a reasonably sized pool. The breakfast had a great variety and we were really pleased with our stay.
All in all, a great stay and we would definitely return for sure.

Stayed for 5 nights for a beach wedding. This is a great hotel and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and we both got great sleeps. The pool and spa were great and breakfast was good. Really happy and would definitely return.

It’s 4* for Romanian standards but only 3 stars for the American standards. It’s a good hotel but don’t expect the service of the 4&5 stars treatment ratings. Clean, decent location to Mamaia Beach but we ultimately drive all the way to Neptune Beach where it was much better and spent an entire day there instead. Mamaia was overrated. This hotel was overall nice stay though.

A clean functional hotel. Great spa, friendly front desk staff. Restaurant food was great but service average. Difficult to assess in the off season but was close to the beach and had a good spa.

It is the third time we have stayed here, the quality of the services has been maintained: the spa area is clean, the reception is friendly, the breakfast is consistent. A special mention for the massage services performed by Laura, truly relaxing and unforgettable.

Unfortunately, at the second massage the impressions were not as favorable as at the first (that's why I chose 4 stars, not 5). The masseuse Gabriela was quite unfriendly and, moreover, she didn't have to give me disposable panties, telling me that she doesn't have anything like that. However, hard to understand in a four star hotel.
