Great central location, friendly staff

Cons:

Wanting to take showers there was either no water or no hot water. We had to call the front desk several times before being able to take a shower. Also booked a room for 4 people and there were only beds to accommodate 3. Had to talk with management to not get charged for another mattress to accommodate my family of 4 as they said “one kid sleeps in the queen size bed with you”. It took a lot of convincing to not be charged for a mattress for my kid. So be extra careful to check the ROOM PHOTOS and BED COUNT before booking your room.

All good.
Pros:

Breakfast was good , location perfect .

Cons:

Bathroom and toilets need more cleaning , lights not bright enough , lights was not working on top of mirror , black soot from mills on top of cars , needs some hoseing facilties to clean cars . Thanks

Damp
Pros:

The people were kind, the pool was fun, the location is great.

Cons:

The room was damp and everything was mouldy, including the pillows on the bed when we first arrived (they were swapped out for us). The room was perpetually wet and clearly had been for a long time. It desperately needs some attention.

N.B we stayed in the old wing. Apparently the newer part of the hotel is better.
