Exceptional staff and location
Pros:

The staff were so absolutely lovely. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay. It's in the city centre so there's many shops and restaurants around. Best part, there's karaoke right beside the hotel

Pros:

スタッフの気遣い。エレベーターの操作方法で困っていたら、スタッフの方が駆け寄って来て対応してくれた。

Cons:

専用駐車場がなかった。契約駐車場に別途料金がかかった。
