Average hotel
Pros:

Average hotel, the burger from the hotel was cheap and tasted average. I doubt in a month from now I'll remember staying here so that's probably a good thing.

Very relaxing
Pros:

Increíblemente limpio, que es algo que me siempre temo en los hoteles de Estados Unidos. El baño impoluto, la presión del agua de la ducha perfecta. La cama muy cómoda. Una tele enorme.

Cons:

Por algún motivo se oía un poco el aparato de aire acondicionado aunque este estuviera apagado, tal vez de las habitaciones colindantes. Aún así pude dormir muy bien, se agradece escapar del ruido de Manhattan.

Por decir algo, la recepcionista que nos atendió fue un poco fría e inexpresiva con nosotros, nos dio una habitación que no correspondía con la que se nos había asignado y por lo tanto la llave no funcionaba. Bajamos varias veces a decirlo porque no podíamos entrar, finalmente se solucionó y la recepcionista nos pidió disculpas, todo bien al final.

Es un sitio para ir en coche. Todo está cerca andando pero si vas en verano es como atravesar el desierto y hay que caminar al lado de la autovía, no lo recomiendo. Difícil que lleguen los Lyft.

No te quedes aquí si buscas un entorno bonito o vistas.

Perfect for a discovery trip to Long Island first time

Clean and walking distance to a super outlet mall shops area. Friendly people and a cheaper place to be close to the Hampton’s

Pros:

Very clean and beautiful lobby with nice small restaurant and bar.

Cons:

Just wished there had been a small muffin or grab and go fruit/yogurt station with the coffee.

At that price point a little bit more hospitality next to coffee would have been 5 stars.

Disappointed!
Pros:

Our team was deeply disappointed with our recent stay at this Hilton hotel with staff members attitude, pricing, and rooms weren’t cleaned for days after requesting the normal cleaning service of every other day.

During our stay, we all had different amounts charged for our rooms, while my charges were significantly higher. One night, I was charged over $700, and another night, it was over $400. I would have never accepted this amount as a military member. Be aware of pricing! All of my team (15+) were charged different amounts for same stay.

Many of us had to ask for our room to be cleaned because it was never touched even after the front desk stated they normally clean every other day. But it wasn’t even cleaned in their normal schedule. The attitudes we received from the front desk staff was unheard of.

After leaving several messages to speak to the manager, CJ Johnson and a very rude employee named Sofia, I expected a resolution and discussion, to no avail.

To my surprise, the manager did not call me back but instead sent an email. An email!

This experience was unlike anything I’ve ever encountered at Hilton. The customer service starts at the top and when you work for someone that doesn’t handle business with customers the staff will follow.

As a result of this experience, we will not be staying at this hotel the next time we come town. Disappointing!

Great stay.
Pros:

Stayed over a couple days on a charter flight to the Hamptons.

Great choice for a hotel. Rooms are updated and there was a lot of thought put into layout, amenities, plugs and charging plugs, etc. Quiet stay, comfortable bed. Coffee offered in the morning, breakfast was a bit expensive so we ate elsewhere.

Staff was outstanding and helpful to the other pilot with an issue on his payment.

Would stay again.

Not heated pool
Pros:

I liked that you did not hear door slamming or loud noises in the hallway. The room was clean and the bed was confortable.

Cons:

I did not like the pool. The water was supposed to be heated but the water was very cold. This was the reason I booked this hotel. Not only the water was cold there was a big group that took over the pool area and we had to leave because they were very disruptive and loud. We enjoy the heated tub for 15 minutes before this group showed up with kids in the hot tub. Staff saw them but did not say anything. That was my biggest issue.
